We stayed here for 5 nights in cabin 12, a junior cabin. Negatives: The wifi was at its absolute limit of its range so was very patchy and very slow but if you got closer to reception it quickly improved. Additionally the house keeping could have been better, the bathroom was always cleaned and the bed was always made but...

10 of us stayed in two cabins at Los Pinos. We cooked veggies and ate salad picked from the gardens. Pretty well stocked kitchens in terms of pots/pans/cooking utensils. The staff was very helpful in recommending things to do (especially because it was pouring rain) There's s little supermarket and a bakery close by and it's about a 20 min...

The cabins were large, spacious, and extremely clean. Each bedroom was a master with own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Toilets feed septic that doesn't take toilet paper so there was some education needed with the kids. Don't leave front door open with food out because the coati will come right into the cabin. A definite ten!

We stayed in one of the family cabins with my daughter, her husband and our 2 grandchildren. The cabin was very nice with plenty of space for us. But what I really appreciated was having a playground for the grandkids close to our cabin, the hiking trails, and the garden with produce the guests could harvest. And it was a...

We stayed at Los Pinos a year ago when we sent to Costa Rica for dental work. Between my wife's dental appointments, we drove to and stayed in Los Pinos. It was wonderful from the start. En route we saw a delightful troop of howler monkeys. When we arrived, we checked in at the lobby of Los Pinos, after which,...

Our group of 6 30 year olds stayed in this beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. The location was great, just a few minutes drive into town. Very nice and accommodating property host. Clean rooms, nice kitchen and living area, and an awesome front porch area with views into the cloud forest. We saw a coati and a toucan...

This place is perfect for going with friends or family ride. We stayed in a house with 3 bedrooms. They all have its own bathroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bad sheets and covers looks very clean, so the towels from the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and two bedrooms have 2 beds. I am not giving...

we spent three nights in one of the superior cabins and were very sorry we didn't book longer. Already planning when we can return! Had delicious salads which we picked from the hydroponic garden and didn't even have to leave the room to see coatis, agoutis and many birds. The staff are really helpful and friendly and it's a great...

We had a junior cabin for 2 nights. Raphael and Luis were both very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a little kitchen area. We enjoyed their trail and greenhouse. There was a very good bakery across the street for breakfast. Several restaurants and a small supermarket in walking distance.
