Went to reserve a spot for following week. Base rate cost was $40/electric only, if you wanted sewer it was another $5.00, and for water add another $5.00 for a total of $50.00/night full service - Outrageous! This place is certainly not worth what owner/Sid was charging, the place was deserted when we were there and he insisted we pay...

Camping is available on his lawn surrounded by berry bushes....

We went to preview this campground prior to moving ourselves there. There is no way that I would stay in this filth hole. It was disgusting! Bags upon bags of garbage. The campground is a front yard. The washrooms were disgusting and the tenting sites were on top of each other - however there would unlikely be many people staying...

Haida Gwaii is a great place to discover, and we found a likeable place to stay there with a truckcamper at the Bunkhouse Campground Resort. We had a very pleasant stay; found a very kind host who gave us a lot of information and hints for places to go. The amenities are rather basic - but they are working; the...
