This is a good place to stay for some days if you will be active in the area. I must say the view is good and you are meters away from the Trail, plus downtown is walking distance. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear the usual from other rooms. Owners are quite experienced in the area, sailing, exploring,...

This unique guest lodge has been recently renovated. As best I can tell, none of the rooms are the same, and each has it's own charm. The beds and mattresses are outstanding - they should be in every hotel, but rarely are. The owners bent over backwards to accommodate us when we had to extend our stay because of illness....

We had a great stay, the room was newly renovated. The bed were super comfy & the owner Glen was very nice when we saw him. The bathroom was a good size with the water pressure in the shower was really good. They had a nice area to sit outside at the end of our busy day to relax before...

The facility is located next to a recycling center/ industrial looking area. Not pretty or relaxing view. LOUD. Do not book if you value sleep or dislike hearing others through thin walls and even thinner floors. Door coming in to facility bangs very hard and loud.Heard a loud domestic dispute quite clearly while trying to relax on the deck. No...

Myself and three friends arrived July 2016 at the "lodge" in an industrial area of Ucluelet and immediately thought we may be at the wrong place, (I had arrived earlier with the same impression as my friends). We saw two large connected buildings under construction. a six tower high scaffolding stage was set up at the front, painting appeared to...

The room was clean, newer. But that's it. Limited check in time. When i called to ask, the owner was rude on the phone. No atmosphere. The walls and floors are so thin I heard everything in adjoining rooms and could not sleep. No water pressure in the shower. When my son and friend dropped me off and carried my...

I made a last minute booking on the ferry because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get a room in the Tofino area. It was quite expensive for the type of accomodation and although the room was beautiful, clean and spacious it was spoiled by the location. Basically looked like it was built at someone's business with a...

I've been staying at Glenn and Diana's property for six years in a row and each time gets better and better. Their lodge is very nice, clean and well kept, but the hospitality is the best part. They are great people and always fun to be around.

We booked a charter 8 months in advance for an engagement gift to each other. 3 days before arrival we were told that the "main motor" in the boat was down and to top it off they said they had a main frame problem and lost all of their accommodations (keep in mind they didn't even contact us to tell...
