A big house in a quiet surrounding, the host are helpful and charming and the included breakfast could not be better. Pastries, jams and pâté are home made with mostly local ingredients. The owner are rightly proud of their cooking. WE went at the Laurentians colours peak time. I highly recommend the place.

We were fortunate to have spent 3 days for our 25th anniversary at La Chrysalide, a truly exceptional bed and breakfast. The hosts are a warm, charming and interesting couple who offered wonderful suggestions for dinner, and tours. We enjoyed lazy starts to the day sitting in the gazebo surrounded by a beautiful garden and drinking steaming coffee followed by...

We have just returned from a two-night stay at this B&B tucked away next to Mont-Olympia and a stone's throw away from Mont St-Sauveur. On entering the spacious foyer, guests remove boots on the large entryway carpet where a basket of house slippers (adult size) are thoughtfully provided. We were immediately struck by the graciousness of the house, beautifully painted...

We enjoyed the Chrysalide B&B over Thanksgiving weekend - the house is immaculately clean, with large, beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms, and the breakfast is delicious. The hosts are very nice and welcoming to their region; they gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat. We had a lovely long weekend at the Chrysalide and hope to...

Just got back from a stay at La Chrysalide, it was truly excellent in all respects. Our room, La Gloire de Matin, is large with en-suite bathroom containing a shower and Jacuzzi, the room has a sitting area, canopied bed, and a great view across the valley to the ski slopes. As the previous reviewer stated, it defines tranquility. We...

Stayed here overnight after spending the day at the Polar Bear's Club. The B&B is 6 minutes away and has beautiful grouds and rooms, I have never seen such a clean house!!! we both had a great night sleep as you are surrounded by silence. It was total relaxation. Don't even get me started on the food, it was divine!...

We have stayed at Chrysalide B&B three times now, and I cannot fathom staying anywhere else in the Saint Sauveur area. The rooms are lovely and clean, the breakfasts are fantastic, and the hosts are positively gracious and professional.

This was our first stay in a B&B...and most likely not our last! We are already talking of visiting in the winter, to ski the mountains which can be viewed from the absolutely gorgeous bedrooms! This was to be a quiet visit , a 3 day get-away to the Laurentians, with a side visit to Montreal, and the hosts made...

My fiancee and I visited Saint-Sauveur for a winter getaway. Although La Chrysalide was not our first choice, we soon realized that it was far better...everything exceeded our expectations from the gracious hosts, the exquisite meals and the bountiful view from our room...This bed & breakfast was a wonderful expereince and is highly recommended for couples, friends and families looking...
