My wife and made our third trip to the lodge in the last six years. We both love staying at the cabins, they are what we are looking for on our stay. Relaxing place to stay while we are wandering around the Keweenw. We always have a good time and enjoy our cabins, which this last year we stayed in...

We three couples (spending our 39th fall together) met up for our annual weekend of relaxation and friendship. The cabin was rustic, met our everyday needs, and fit us perfectly. We loved the quaintness of the cabin and its location on Lake Superior. As reported by others the sheets were clean and crisp. We each had our own space as...

This place is way overpriced! The charm is out on the beach, but it's lost the minute you walk inside the cabin. There are so many rules...don't do this or that...or we'll charge your credit card another $25. Heck they don't even want you to move the picnic tables because they are old and fragile. Give me a break!!!! They...

This cabin is a favorite of many folks who return year after year and request this cabin right on the shoreline. It's all knotty pine interior. I'm sorry these folks did not enjoy the rustic atmosphere. We have three picnic tables and don't like them moved because people move them right up to their cabin and then they are not...

Upon the advice of a coworker that was married here ten years ago and loved it, I thought we should give it a try. Bad idea, a new unfriendly partner rules the roost. I should have trusted my instincts when the proprietor chastised me for attempting to see another unit than the one he sent me to check out. I...

I remember this couple and he was unhappy when he walked into our lobby - please don't take out frustrations on others. I checked the light bulbs and there was nothing wrong with them. We did need to set a trap for a mouse - when the weather starts turning, a mouse can squeeze through a tiny space and we...

We had the large (3 bedroom) log cabin. We were right on Lake Superior. The view was fantastic. The telescope on the porch was a nice touch. The cabin was clean. The shower could use a bit of an upgrade. The owners are very nice. If you plan on cooking, bring a good knife & cutting board. Our only disappointment...

Thank you for your honest review of our cabins and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have a fire pit in front of the lodge about 15 ft. from the lake and we're sorry you didn't ask about a campfire. We even provide all the firewood.

Spent the weekend in one of their newer cabins (#10). Very modern and upgraded. Especially liked the screened-in porch overlooking Lake Superior. Beautiful expansive views along with incredible sunsets. The rock hunting is top notch too. Cabin was clean and very functional with all the needed amenities. Not cheap but great location.

We had contacted Eagle Lodge to inquire about a few things we felt their website didn't clearly outline before we made a final decision on where to book for our stay in Copper Harbor. John answered and I immediately got an off vibe from the call. So much so I felt awkward calling back to make a reservation, but we...

I spent one night here while traveling with my son. I cabins look old and the interior is dated. But you are at the end of the Keneewnaw Peninsula and come winter, there are very few people here. You aren't going to find a Hilton. The bedding was very clean with crisp sheets, nice pillows, and nice blankets. The cabin...

After reading reviews here, I knew we would be in for a rustic adventure, but I wasn't prepared for the level of uncomfortableness we encountered. First issue was there were no floor coverings aside from linoleum. I wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot after taking a shower. Had to leave shoes on the whole time. The walls and ceiling were made from...

I'm sorry these folks were not comfortable. The cabin they stayed in is our smallest cabin, a one room cabin with bathroom and we always let potential guests know this. The rest of our cabins have separate bedrooms, living areas and kitchens. This cabin does have a nice screened in porch with a good view of the water. I'm a...

My Husband, daughter, and myself spent 2 nights here. This is the most gorgeous location in Michigan I have ever been. This property is right on Lake Superior. You can see sunrise and sunset from here and they are both equally beautiful. The cabins are a bit rustic, but the owners are both very friendly and will help you any...
