My 5th visit to Prachuap Khiri Khan a lovely seaside town on the east coast of Thailand. Always stay at Prachuap Beach hotel, usually in building 2. Preferably room 1 on 4th or 5th floors. A small balcony and sea views. Clean comfortable, good AC, good hot water shower. There is a lift and free tea, coffee, fruit and morning snacks in the lobby. The main hotel building just down the street has rooms with sea views but no balcony. Friendly staff at reception speak English and can help with onward transport. Or hire a bicycle and head around 4 km to the nearby Ao Manao beach on the Wings 5 military base. Just sign in at gate and continue to the very clean bay lined with shady Casuarina trees, hire a deckchair for 20 Bt and enjoy food and cold beer. Excellent and not crawling with tourists. Also a fabulous night market along the town foreshore every Saturday.

Highly recommended

Well located, beautiful sea view. Lovely staff, the rooms are simple but very clean. The common areas are very well ventilated and allow you to enjoy the sea view without suffering from the heat, even during the hottest hours.
Scooter rental on site.

I thought this hotel was excellent, a little dated by western standard but spotlessly clean. A three night stay and towels changed every day and bedding every other. Great location entrance one end on su suek Street which is an historic street and entrance the other onto the beach. Free tea coffee fruit and breakfast 100thb pp available

They have 2 blocks. The behind block have car park. But limited. The front block they have a notice stating that do not park in front as potential flooding can occur

Free coffee and bananas are available for guests at lobby. You can pack your food and enjoy it at the outdoor seating area in front of the hotel.

Weekend night market is walking distance. Good view from room facing sea.

Everything is find about the room except for the lighting not enough.

Stayed here for a one night pit-stop on our way to the south.
Easy to find and excellent location. Entrance either via the beach promenade or second road (main entrance). Private parking for hotel guests on 2nd road.
Small but very clean rooms. All facilities in good working order. Good (hard) beds. No restaurant. We were on the top floor (5th) and had a nice (sunrise) view on the bay & mountains. Walk-in rate (700) was cheaper than what Bdotcom or Ago.d offered.
Abundant number of restaurants & coffeeshops nearby. We had an outstanding seafood dinner just 50m from the hotel (turn right when leaving the hotel on beach promenade; open air restaurant just after the Chinese temple). Will sure stay here again: excellent price/quality/location.

The hotel consists of two buildings, the newer one is positioned one street behind the beach and the original hotel.

Chose the new building because it has balconies and assumed that it is in better condition. The disadvantage is that you you do not have an unrestricted view of the Gulf.

The room was clean and comfortable but rather utilitarian, a typical Asian style budget hotel. The hot water and air conditioning worked just fine, no complaints about either the room or bathroom.

There is ample parking for those that self-drive.

At a walk-in rate of 550 THB, I thought it was a good deal and would happily stay here again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was a few years ago, in the older building on the sea side, and this time was in the newer building across the street. Stayed 2 nights in a "building 2 standard room". The room was clean (except for an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the balcony) and quite comfortable. Bed was firm but not super hard. Very small TV with one English channel (BBC). Only 2 power points for charging devices. Wardrobe with safe box, and a small fridge. No kettle, but coffee is available all day on the ground floor. Small table and chairs, light enough to move onto the balcony for morning coffee with a view. Excellent natural lighting, with a large window looking towards the sea. Be advised that although all rooms in this building have a sea view, only 2 rooms on each floor actually look directly towards the sea. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and an easy walk to the seaside promenade. Had very little interaction with the staff, so I can't comment on their performance, but I always got smiles from them on the way in and out. Overall a pretty basic hotel, but a good value. Based on my experience this time, I would stay here again.

Our family stayed in this hotel for three months. The wife and husband owners plus the house keeping staff treated us as family. Very caring people. Everyone will feel at home in this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view is magnificent. The location is in the middle of Prachuap Khiri Khan. We will certainly come back.

I loved my stay here for 2 nights I would have stayed longer if not full. My room was at front overlooking the water. A very nice room to chill in and enjoy the view. The room was nice, wifi good and location perfect. There is free coffee and bananas and donuts in the morning which is generous.

The property is located in the main tourist area and having many restaurants near by. Just walking distance and very convenience to get a good dinner. A lot of parking space but the rooms are not maintained well. Bed is good enough for me and my family as we stayed in connecting rooms.
