This was a beautifully set up campground with a very helpful staff. The bathrooms and the campground were immaculate, and the staff was very helpful. I was a little put off by having to pay in full in advance and the no refund policy. I...More

Umbrella is not recommended as it has some trees around for shade or try different time to avoid the direct sun. You can allow to bring beverages as long it is not in glass. Plastic or paper cup is fine. I haven't sern people bring in food. Not in private pool.there is a food market beside the public pool which sells ice cream pastels coffee etc.i think you can bring in your shade and drink to the public pool area but not to the private pool section which is stictly for hotel guests only.relax and enjoy the hot spring which has no rotten egg smell. The only thing that bugs is the sofeness of the mattress and pillow. Mind you the resort is not your typical 5 star hotel. It is dated but enjoyable overall， perfect for family vacation.
Well, I know for sure they have pet friendly rooms. My sister asked and it was an extra $30 a night for pets. Didn't see any around the resort though. Maybe everyone is saying no because they don't want animals there????
