Words cannot adequately describe the YPL experience. I visit twice a year and spend the time in between thinking about it. If you find it really necessary to leave the property, the Crow and Gate Pub awaits you. Otherwise, relax, eat, sleep, read, (repeat) away from annoying hand held devices.

My late husband's parents had their honeymoon at Yellow Point Lodge so we had stayed there many years ago and decided to return. Driving down the gravel road off Yellow Point Road it felt like only yesterday... We weren't considered guests however at the sign it said that visitors are welcome but must check in at the office. I was... More

Go to their website to explore the variety and location of guest rooms, there is something for everyone. This is an adult world and pets must also stay at home. No phones in rooms, no wi-fi, no television, but you will not be bored ---ever! Activities such as kayaking, biking, tennis available, including equipment at no extra charge. The meals... More

Eat, sleep & read: the Yellow Point Triathlon. This is the place to come when you want someone else to do all the cooking and the cleaning, say nice things to you, drink really inexpensively and generally, just let you do what you want. It is not for everyone (no kids allowed and there is NO wi-fi or TV). Once... More

I go to Yellow Point for renewal when I am depleted. They offer nurturing/healthy comfort food every couple hours. I tell friends it is like my grandma & favorite aunt are in the kitchen. The views are waterfront - I saw a female orca & calf, bald eagle, osprey, black oyster catchers, great blue herons and an otter with an... More

We stayed for 1 night in the lodge with a water view, it was perfect. You need to keep an open mind & this place is definitely not for everyone. The location & property is outstanding! The food was very good & it felt like you were going to a relatives house for dinner, not fancy but good & all... More

We stayed 2 nights in this property, and the experience was wonderful. We hiked all around the property and its surroundings. Water view is awesome, the lodge situated at the tip of Yellow Point, as the name suggests. A delightful short stay, and prices were very reasonable, covering 3 meals a day, plus snacks in between. Restful, peaceful....the place grows... More

This was my first time here but I was accompanied by long time regulars; from everything I was promised, Yellowpoint lived up to it and more! The lodge and facilities are rustic and cosy, but that's part of why you come here. The food was amazing..seafood Friday and prime rib Saturday were as good as any fine dining restaurant I've... The Yellowpoint Lodge experience is restful, yet filled with options for activity and other interests. The Yellowpoint Triathlon is "eat, sleep, read", but you can add walking, kayaking, biking, tennis, swimming. There are interesting guests who become friends, card games and puzzles. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. It's a somewhat rustic experience, but don't let that deter you; it... More
