Staff very friendly, accommodating , and thought ahead as to what we would need. Our room though quite expensive not in main house was a bit dreary and for the price disappointing with very old bathroom rugs. Felt rundown and not too clean. Was looking forward to a great hearty breakfast. What are bnbs for? Breakfast however sparse, dry and cooked...

This is a delightful Victorian guest house in a great location for seeing lovely Lunenberg. We had a choice of rooms, all of which looked very nice.. Although the room was a good size it was nice to have a comfortable sitting area on the 1st floor landing. Our only slight criticism is that the washbasin was in the room...

This place was adorable. The food was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. My husband swears that he woke up to the noise of a ghost typing on an antique typewriter that was down in the lobby. I however, didn't hear a thing, but I sleep like the dead.

Wonderful host. Room and anemties were stunning. We were going deep sea fishing in the morning and they came in early to pack our breakfast to go so we could leave on our fishing trip. I highly recommend the wonderful B & B.

My husband and I arrived at the Bluenose Lodge exhausted and hungry from enduring the long drive from Annapolis Royal. We spent two nights at the Lodge and left rested and ready to continue our road trip. Blue Nose Lodge is a gorgeous historical building with so much character. The breakfast was delicious, so was our anniversary dinner. The fbest...

In love with this place and the staff. We had had a negative experience the night before in DIgby at a different B&B and the Bluenose redeemed our faith in the B&B world. It was extremely clean, the staff was welcoming and personable and the food was delicious. The owner was very sweet and has clearly worked hard to keep...

A grand old lady with lots of history and comfort. So much character and beautifully furnished in appropriate style. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and not too big to make you feel bloated but more than enough to satisfy. The dinners were also excellent and if the offer chocolate mousse cake--- try it! They also gave us...

We stayed at the Bluenose Lodge for two nights and really enjoyed it. The innkeeper is very friendly and helpful, and the place is situated very close to the historical old town with shops and the harbour, within less than five minutes walking distance. Our room had a small bathroom with separate wash place, a nice queensize bed and was...
