Detailed Reviews
Located at the base of the town, this huge hotel enjoys a great location but doesn't suffer from the restaurant noise at night. Parking was an extra $15 a night and we were luckily upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The room was simple and clean - nothing luxurious, but very functional and comfortable. My only complaint is the front door doesn't close automatically even though it looks so. Make sure you push it all the way before you leave. There is a Starbucks around the other side of the hotel (from the front entrance), which is just across from the tiny cable car up to the gondola / top section of town.

Travelling as a family of four gets expensive. One of the best ways to save $$ is to plan and make some meals on site. The full kitchen at Tour des Voyageurs was the main reason I chose this hotel. But the location, view, cleanliness, and size of the unit will have me come back again.
Self-parking is a challenge as the underground lot is literally a maze and you have to maneuver around pillars for almost every parking space. $15 a night is definitely reasonable tho. And you’ll never need your car while you are here.
Ski lockers fit 6 pairs of skis and have access doors to the lobby, the front entrance, and the pedestrian village/Cabriolet.
Casino shuttle is right outside between this hotel and the Holiday Inn/Marriott across the street.
Full kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave, keurig, and dishwasher (bring detergent for the dishwasher and extra dish towels/sponges, paper towel)
Our unit (248) had a gas fireplace, two TV’s, balcony, separate bedroom with queen bed and double pull-out sofa.
Hotel also has a gym, 4-season hot tub, and seasonal outdoor pool.

Stayed in this hotel back in 2008, snowboarding trip with a group of ppl by bus. Had a room which we could walk out to the street. Tried different hotels and B&B back in the old days (in the resort or nearby). Now back to Tremblant the 2nd time with kids, this time we chose to stay in this hotel. It was majorly refreshed and our stay was great. We had a studio comes with queen bed and sofa bed, kitchen and dinning area. The room was clean, there was a wall which divided the beds thus kids could sleep even hubby and I slept a little later in the evening. Staffs were overall friendly. A small balcony for some fresh air. Love the ideas of 2 closets and a few hooks on the wall, it’s quite essential for winter time. Also love they are keeping the fireplace in the room. Boys love the hot tub as it’s outdoor (last hotel we stayed was indoor pool). I love the way they refreshed the hotel but keeping the classic, such as the glass windows at the gym. Boys also love taking the Cabriolet and maple syrup on snow thus this hotel locates at a perfect place. It’s also close to the rental centre which is a plus. After snowboarding/ skiing, head back to the hotel to rest without the need to drive was life saving with two little kids. Will book another stay during Christmas for sure.

This resort hotel was very close to the hill but needs to be taking basic services a bit more seriously. Poor hot water one day, no hot water the next. Bathrooms were also not up to my expectations. They charge a remarkable amount of money for less than satisfactory experience.

I live in Montreal and so I find myself in Tremblant 1-3 times a year, every year, for the last 15 or so years. I have stayed at the Westin, Residence Inn by Marriott, Quintessence, Fairmont, Lodge de la Montagne and Elyssium sur la lac. The last two times I have come, I have stayed at Tour des Voyageurs. After staying at the most luxurious hotels Tremblant has to offer, I was sure that TDV would not be able to compare but I was dead wrong.
This hotel is the best value you can find in the village, especially if you are travelling in a group. The first time I stayed here (right before COVID), I was with a group of friends. A bunch of friends stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and I stayed in a studio. It was so comfortable. The rooms are super spacious recently renovated with granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. The hotel is also very well situated at the bottom of the hill- a quick mini gondola ride to the top and right next door to Starbucks!
I just came back from a trip with my family (2 adults, 2 little kids) and 4 other similar families. We each took a 2 bedroom hotel room. We were not disappointed. Each and every family was thrilled with the accommodations and we had the best time.
We are planning to book another trip in August and we are not even discussing where we will stay. Don't even think about it. Book Tour Des Voyageurs and you won't regret. Money very well spent!

Hard to review a hotel during Covid, as many things are not available or shut down. I would say the only two pros for this place is that it is in the village and has underground parking (at $15 night).
The staff, sadly have not been friendly, and that started when we first arrived. We actually had one staff member take our elevator yesterday. Just shocked that she would do that. I am with two kids! Very rude, and zero customer service/courtesy.
As Covid lockdowns are presently happening, no restaurants are open for dining, so you have to eat in your room. We are in a basic room, but the photos showed a desk/table. No such luck for us. We are eating all of our meals from our bed. Not the best situation considering the photos of the room showed a desk and two chairs!! Tried emailing and they said they can't bring in an additional table. Additional? We don't have one!
Village is nice, but things close down early, early. Only a few selected shops stay open past 5pm. Kinda weird. Kinda ghost town.
We were going to go skating yesterday, but there was a ton of snow on it.
Skiing has been fabulous! Can't complain there.

We were disappointed with the hotel. While the location is great for being in the pedestrian village and parking was underground and easy, we booked two rooms and were out in separate towers. Our room in tower one was dirty, housekeeping did not come once in three nights and it was a Murphy bed - not a real bed. Our room in tower two was nicer and a bit more updated. Housekeeping came on the last morning with a knock at 8a. The hot tub is a long walk from tower two and is small.

The hotel is rustic but gets the job done. No frills, but great value for the price. Highlights were the gas fireplace, hot tub for après ski, and proximity to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain. You could be at the chair lift in 5 min from stepping out the door. Amenities were fairly sparse, beds just so-so, towels stiff, not enough outlets by the beds, no bar or restaurant at the hotel. But the drawbacks were overshadowed by the value and the location. You could stay at the Fairmont for twice the price, but you spend all your time on the mountain anyway, not in the hotel room.
We parked in the heated parking garage under the hotel and didn’t use our car once. You can walk everywhere in the village within 5-10min. The skiing was fantastic, ski school for the kiddos was perfect, and if you order lift tickets ahead of time you can request that they deliver them directly to the hotel.
Great trip, we’ll be back!

Great time had at Tour des Voyageurs! Had booked initially at Ermitage du Lac, but because of low season, our reservation was cancelled so we chose Tour des Voyageurs...turned out great! Very clean, recently renovated, full kitchen, and right in the village. The service at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful...we were made to feel very welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back!

I loved it here!! Brenda at reception was sooo friendly. She really understands how to make people feel welcome!
The studios are nice. Spacious. The bathroom needs renovation, in my opinion.
The location is perfect. Next to the Cabriolet lift, which takes you for free to the skiresort (in 3 mins). Great value. I would stay here next time.
