Very friendly and welcoming receptionist. The rooms are clean , but they are also dated despite renovations. There is a big airflow underneath the door so probably not the best during colder seasons. I dont know if i can say its worth the rate, but if i had no other place to stay i wouldn’t be upset staying here again. But i would ask for fresh sheets on arrival as i found a used tooth pick in the sheets

So, we booked this as Expedia displayed it as being close to Mount Tremblant. It is in fact a 20 minute drive from the main village. I guess that’s Expedia’s fault for advertising it as being nearby.

The parking is free and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They genuinely appeared to appreciate our custom… now for the areas of improvement.

They had tried their best to squeeze a jacuzzi into the room at the expense of the bed. Our bed has no headrest and was just dumped into the side of the room. There was a real risk of us falling out of the bed during the night and made for a very uncomfortable sleep!!!

The bathroom smelled of urine. The floors were covered in long hairs and grit (I guess that’s the problem with wooden floors). The jacuzzi required you to have to walk across the floor to operate the jet function for 15 minutes. That was a bit unnecessary and majorly inconvenient.

The tv was ok and the air conditioning and heating system worked (although looked like something that the Victorians would have used)!

The hotel is in urgent need of an uplift. A lick of paint to cover up all the squashed bugs on the ceiling/walls would have been a good idea too…

It’s a 2 star motel, and I tend to agree with that score… and hope that it has a revamp and stays in business for many years!

We did a one night stay and for the price we feel we did well.

It is a Motel - was clean and comfortable. Check in too longer then expected but that was due to putting new procedures in place. Family run from the looks of it. I think we paid 100$ which is fair.

Location is great. Off highway - normally would have a pool open.

room sink was not draining, had to use the bathtub to brush your teeth, Told the employee twice, she came to try to fix, no success. A/C power not sufficient, must open hot water for 3 minutes before you get hot water for a shower. heated pool not clean, garbage still on the ground at 4pm when im a lone in the pool. lots of bugs in the bathroom window, see all pictures and judge for yourself We asked to cancel our second night, employee told us it cannot be done because we have booked through expedia.ca

Cold. Rundown. Worst place I’ve seen in years. Turned heat on, didn’t work.

Booked another place in town, ate the cost of booking rather then stay and freeze…. Couldn’t even stay for a night. Spent great time in Ax Hitel down the road.

DO NOT TRUST the leaflet! They hired the best designer/photograph ever! On paper it's beautiful, nice, clean, etc.... In real it's the total opposite!

Rooms are dark, kitchen dirty (with a disgusting fried smelling which flavor the whole room), A/C is so loud! The Manager is arrogant! And breakfast are so cheap !!!!! (ok muffins are more than ok and big enough but that's all!)

AVOID that place!

My friend and I, came up here for a skiing trip. We got room 3 for pretty cheap ... not in comparison however after seeing the unclean, unsafe and disgusting room we recieved. However the worker at the time was kind so we thought we should help him out, by creating a list of the atrosities within his motel. It goes as follows....

Fire hazards
- Un-safe cable spliting box for the TV
- a terrible seld made fuse that was hidden behind the water piping!

Safety Hazards
- Both windows did not have locks or slid willingly
- Two of the three locks on the door were broken, both the one on the handle and the bolt lock.
- the chain lock was well on its way to breaking as well, when pulled the entire door framed pulled out!!!!!

Health Hazards
- We found 3 cases of severe mold
- Un clean sheets
- drinking glasses had food bits in the bottom
- The mini fridge was hot and unclean... filled with dust
- the phone had some sort of residue along with magazines
- The toilet barely flushed and had rust, urine stains and was uncleaned
- the screens for the windows were encased in dust so one could not see out them
- the bath tub had urine stains, no drain plug and a broken curten
- the room was generally unclean and had an underlaying stench and humidity to it

Over all i would not recommend this room to ANYBODY!!!!!!! it is extremly un-safe and disgusting! the staff are nice and the prices are low compared to other hotels/motels but it is not worth it. I can not stress enough just how terrible the room we recieved was, anybody could achieve entry without difficulty. The bathroom was revolting, the beds disgusting (plus a terrible sleep) and the room completly un appealing. Being two guys we did not have much of a problem with the door .... except for when it opened itself at 3 AM! I would under no circumstances bring children or younger women here. The room is dangerous and extremely unsafe! Under our macho egos we were scarred to be robbed at any given time throughout the night, we even considered sleeping in the truck! When we went to find the friendly staff from earlier to complain about the door and un-cleanliness he was no where to be found. The motel is not in any condition for neither women or children it is two points above a truckers bathroom.

Stayed there in February 2015
Rooms looks ok , no Coffe or tea stands to make Coffe . All beds with bed bugs all of us get bitten by bugs.
Need to escape ASAP . I didn't sleep normally . Lady at front desk didn't understand what we told her . Throw away some close and cases afraid to bring those bed bugs home. Nightmare, never again .
Do not stay there if you don't want to bring bed bugs home.

We booked a room in this motel and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was quite dark and ugly, with pieces of wallpaper falling in some areas. The moldy odor present in the room was so strong that we were not able to sleep there. They were not helpful at the front desk and they seemed only interested in getting our money. We would not recommend this place for anyone, especially if you have a tendency to feel depressed!
