A last minute ski vacation to a new resort. Homewood Suites were recommended by my daughters. On line reviews suggested that this was a ski in/ski out hotel. On arrival a lack of snow meant this was not the case - a 2-3 minute walk to the snow was required. We arrived late evening (equivalent of 2-3am UK time) so was a little tired. Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our one bedroom apartment we were very pleased with what we saw, even more so when i opened the blinds in the morning to see we had a mountain view. Bed was comfy, pillows were on the soft side for my taste. Bathroom was an adequate size and more importantly - clean. TV's in both the lounge area and bedroom. kitchen area was ok and came with a microwave. We had a defective/dangerous kettle (it sparked when trying to get it to work). A quick call to the front desk and a new kettle arrived in under 5 mins - very impressed. Staff member stayed to ensure it worked.
Breakfast was included and was reasonable. Nothing to shout about but there were sufficient options to keep us happy.
Staff were pleasant and very friendly. As a non-french speaker, they did not assume I spoke French which i appreciated.
All in, this was a good recommendation and a pleasant 10 days were spent at the hotel. Would we return to this hotel, yes we would if we returned to the resort.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years since Intrawest developed Mont Tremblant village in the mid 1990s. Its one of the best locations right on the main village square and the condo units and suites were clean, comfortable and up to this week affordable. I tried to book a two night stay recently after reading the price of a unit on the hotels own website that was a) available for the dates needed and b) was $ 226 Canadian a night. So I tried to contact the desk at Homewood Suites Mt Tremblant to reserve same. No luck, you are forwarded to a central Hilton hotels booking call centre which sounded like it was in the US. I thought that a room at this price with taxes added would come in at about $510 for two nights, I was ready for that but when the operator summarized the booking she told me the rooms offered at $ 226 per night were not available, but, I could get another for $225 a night, so I agreed,. Then when reading back the details, she quickly glossed over the final price which set me aback as the total cost she said now was $641. About $130 more than what the website said if you added the tax. When I asked what the extra fees were for she said the website price was "only an estimate" and the fees were for various other booking costs and taxes. I said no thanks and cancelled the booking. Look $641 Canadian for two nights in the low skiing season at Mont Trembant was way over the top , particularly when the operator was unable to tell me clearly what the extra fees were for. We booked elsewhere in a nice condo unit which cost us $ 319 Canadian for two nights with all taxes in. I'm for a bit of transparency in the "last minute deals" offered on this hotel's website.

This is a very nice hotel at the center of the pedestrian village. We had a beautiful room with a view of St Bernard square and the mountain. It was not very spacious considering it is for up to 4 people, but more than enough for 2, including a decent size kitchenette and a nice balcony overlooking the square (that was not noisy). Due to Covid, daily cleaning of the room was not included, but could be scheduled if needed (you need to let them know at least 4 hours in advance), and you can get whatever you need from the front desk at any time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Packed breakfast was provided with 3 options: cereal, bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage, or croissant with boiled egg, butter and jam; all 3 options included fruit, juice, yogurt, and small package of cheese. The only minus was a Murphy queen size bed that was not too comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites in Mont Tremblant at the end of May. The staff a check-in were very friendly and knowledgeable. My Hilton Diamond status was recongnised and I was provided a room upgrade.
The suites are a good size and there was plenty of room for me and my family of four. As the restaurants were still closed we had a lot of space in the suite to eat our takeout. The suites also included a kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher.
The hotel is located right in the middle of Mont Tremblant very close to restaurants and activities such as the summer luge. It the winter its conviently located for the ski lifts.
The pool was open and you had to book a time to go. We had no problems booking times in both the pool and hot tub.
Complimentary breakfast was available even during the COVID restrictions. Its provided in a box which contained fruit, yogurt, and option such as a croissant. My only suggestion for an improvement would to give a few more options or flexibility of what you could have.
Parking is available at the hotel for a reasonable price of $15 CAD.

This is a "no frills" hotel, devoid of charm, in an ideal location, arguably the most well-located hotel on the mountain with easy ski in and ski out access and ground floor ski storage.
The hotel is clean, but it is basically a limited service hotel that hasn't been renovated in awhile with small rooms and oversized furniture that doesn't fit in the small rooms. Keep that in mind when you are considering the $850/night price tag (which is what the rates were during holiday week 2022).
The "Murphy bed studio" room barely has floor space to open a suitcase, and both beds are foldaway beds, the uncomfortable kind. The closets are all mostly unusable since the design of the doors doesn't allow them to open wide enough to accommodate a suitcase or to give sufficient access.
Dragging your luggage through the hotel is backbreaking, since there are stairs throughout the property which the luggage carts cannot navigate. None of this would matter too much except that this is a ski resort, which means lots of families with tons of luggage and gear. And there are no porters to help, since this is not a full service hotel.
There are thin sheets and pilly, old blankets on the beds (no comforters, which is hard to believe given the bone chilling temps) and thin towels in the bathrooms.
The breakfast room feels a bit like an airport lounge and not the first class kind.
All that aside, the service was actually quite nice. The people who work here seem to try very hard and go above and beyond.

Well-located within the village and easy to get to via free transport bus to and from the airport.
Welcoming and lovely staff who are well equipt with knowledge and understanding of the hotel, village and community. Excellent rooms, it is generally difficult to find a hotel that serves 3 adults but this room was perfect for us, a apart-hotel so we were able to use the local shops and store them throughout our stay. We were very happy with the breakfast served everyday with a range of food was always fresh and delicious!
Family fun evening activities (which we still enjoyed!)

We stayed here for a father son golf trip. Called well in advance to notify front desk that we would not be arriving until approximately 10pm. When we arrived the front desk agent advised us that there were multiple flights of stairs required to access our room. The walk from the elevator to the room was awful. The front desk person said that cutting through the pool area would be a faster way to access it. The beds were very uncomfortable and the linens on the bed itself were razor thin. Every single night resulted in a very unrested commencing day. The railing to access the loft bed upstairs was almost dislodged from the wall. Fortunately no accidents happened. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights, and the towels in the room were barely sufficient for one; to elaborate, the towels might cover a waist of a bikini model, not a size 36 waist. The kitchen was a bonus but for $327/night this room simply is not worth the price tag associated with it. Despite the manager Simon giving us $300 off, we firmly believe that he should have at least attempted to provide us with a complimentary stay for a future date, especially being Hilton Honors members.

We just spent 3 days in a one-bedroom suite . The experience was mixed . The location was ideal, right in the heart of the resort village . Staff were uniformly nice and the suite was well equipped with a full kitchen . We got a balcony looking onto the pool and mountains . Our requests for missing items were quickly filled. No breakfast buffet due to Covid . Instead a so-so bagged breakfast was provided .
The two biggest misses were the A/C in the den/kitchen didn't cool the bedroom . The other was that the pool was only opened from 10 to 6 and only allowing 9 in the pool at a time (crazy), very few guests got to swim . A line-up started each morning 45 minutes before opening for the privilege of signing up for a 1 hour slot. The sight of this large sunbaked crowd under our room was crazy . Shameful that they didn't extend the pool hours . Access is currently included at the small lake beach a short walk away . That was a better option . Inquire at the hotel.
We booked though TravelZoo and got a good rate with parking included .

With the best location literally steps from the Village and gondola, the Hilton can’t be beaten.
A well-appointed suite with kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace, comfortable sitting area and large windows overlooking the Village/hill, this was a gem of a place in which to stay.
Though not a typical 5 star such as the Fairmont, this more budget-friendly option checked all our boxes.
Great value, friendly staff and convenient indoor parking garage.
We’ll definitely be back!

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and the first two I'd rate a 5, unfortunately we had an issue where water was coming into our one bedroom suite and had to move to the only other available room in the hotel, which apparently was the smallest in the place. The room was nice but very tight for 2 adults and 2 children all with ski gear. The staff are super friendly and the location is great. As others have mentioned you are about a 1 minute walk to the tram. The parking is under the hotel and is pretty tight height wise. Those with a truck or SUV may want to leave the cargo box at home as you may run into trouble. Breakfast was the standard buffet and as expected, not amazing but totally adequate. We went up with another family and 2 or the 3 rooms had amazing views of the village/mountain. All had full kitchens, fireplaces and looked to be fairly new.
For the price you can't beat the place. We will be going back next year without a question.
