The hotel is located close to the mountain a close 5 min walk. The rooms were a good size, The housekeeping staff could pay more attention to detail. The breakfast was done nicely. We would come back next year!!

This was rated by marriot as a Cateory 7 resort and being a Platnum marriot member and a traveler I can tell you I was disappointed.
The staff were friendly.
The room we rented was a two bedroom suite and I can tell you it was not very maintained or equipped.
The TVs we’re small and they were old (not smart TVs) which was even worse as no films were available
There were vents between the rooms and little soundproofing
One of the toilets was noisy not working properly.
It was a very nice suite and the hotel is nice but just not worth the money they asked for
I think staff needs much more training to get this hotel to a category 7
It’s all about details. Like alarm clock flashing 12.
Even the fact 5 people are checking into a suite the place should be equipped with enough shampoo ahead of that
I don’t think the beds were the classic westin beds.
The pool is small. Plus the hours are really limited 12-8 so you can’t swim in the morning. Temperature is great in the pool.
Wifi very slow. Especially given that the TVs were old we tried streaming
One of the mornings at 10:30 they were testing the fire alarm which woke all the kids up.
On the website for the two bedroom suite but shows a hot tub in the room and a nice view. We had neither.
Not sure why
Room is due for a renovation.
Location is great value is not great but not terrible either.

I booked a traditional room for a week following Christmas with my family and had an incredible experience at the Westin Tremblant. Gilles the GM was super helpful and responsive when I requested an upgrade as we have three young kids. The entire staff was super courteous and always went the extra effort: from the bellman helping us with the ski lockers and unloading our suitcases, to the housekeeper giving us extra towels and cups to the front desk who gave us detergent so we could do laundry during the break.
I travel a lot for work and am always Platinum Elite on SPG/Bonvoy, I have to say this was definitely one of our finer experiences. The hotel is a 3-5 min short walk to the gondola and ski school which was really helpful for our 3 young kids. The Fairmont might be closer but technically isn't ski in ski out as you have to unbuckle and walk to the gondola/ski school.
This hotel is perfectly located right by the main street where all the restaurants and bars are. Rooms were super clean and well appointed with fridges, toasters, sinks and microwaves. Perfect family option especially with young kids.
We will be back!!

We stayed here during the week, which we highly recommend if you seek to ski and relax!!! If you seek a party atmosphere go on the weekends. My kids loved the skiing, the ski lockers are in a perfect location ready for walkout to the gondolas and ski school. Staff amazing, kind and helpful. Our suite was fitted with everything we needed. Heated saltwater pool was super in the evenings along with sauna and jacuzzi. The gym was great. Very pleased.

From the time I booked until our departure, the experience has been amazing. Cedric, our concierge went above and beyond to make sure our holiday (celebrating my girlfriend's birthday) was truly an experience to remember for the both of us. We came from out of town, and he arranged chocolates and flowers in the room. All our room requests were granted on arrival including a high floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Thank you Cedric and Le Westin! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

we stayed in room 529 over the new year holiday for 7 nights. The hotel has a great location right in the center of Tremblant. you are close to everything. The room was very spacious with a stocked kitchen and great fireplace. The covered parking was very convenient. We did have some problems that were significant in my opinion. We opened the bedroom window to air out the room after making breakfast and a piece of metal fell off of the window that would not allow it to close. This was around 10 AM. Even though the window was only slightly open a significant amount of cold air was coming into our bedroom was it was in the mid 20's F outside. We called the front desk and was told the maintenance man was also an on-duty fireman and was out making a "call" and would come see the window as soon as he was done with his fireman duties. Around 3PM no-one had come to fix the window so i called the front desk again and was told someone would be up right away. At 9:30 PM I went down to the front desk letting them know the room was getting really cold and no one had passed by. Finally after waiting almost 12 hours someone came and fixed the window. the also big negative about this hotel is the restaurant that also does the room service. The name of the restaurant is Gypsy. The food is mediocre at best. the service is terrible. One everyone at 9 PM i arrived to the restaurant and asked for a table. The restaurant was about 30% full, one table had about 20 guests and the other tables maybe 4 each. The restaurant was not full at all. Much to my surprise we were refused service because they were too full! I explained to the waitress that we were hotel guests and she said they cannot take anyone else. So i went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager on duty and was told there was no manager on duty. I explained to the front desk agent that they restaurant is practically empty yet they refuse to seat me and my three year old daughter. She went over to the restaurant to see what she could do but came back with the same answer, they could not seat me! to top it off they could not offer me room service ether!!! what a joke! I reached out to Marriott corporate that same day asking to speak to the Manager of the Westin. I didn't hear back from him until two days later. I explained to him the issue with the window and not being able to eat at the onsite restaurant even though it was more than half empty at 9 PM! He was very courteous but did not offer anything in return for the inconvenience. Aside from this there were minor issues such a two spider webs in the room, there was a large stain on the bathroom wallpaper and the elevator carpet was always dirty.

Response from ConciergeWestin, General Manager at Le Westin Tremblant

Thank you for staying with us at Le Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant. I was sorry to read, Mr Rosell, that you had expectations of a compensation that was not fulfilled. The impression I kept after our conversation was that your purpose was to inform us and prevent this from occurring again. After reviewing your comments, the Gypsy management team offered to credit the meals. Again, thank you Mr Rosell for your precious feedback and I wish you a Happy New Year for 2020. I have been going to Tremblant for 20 years and have stayed in almost every hotel in the resort. The Westin has become my new preferred choice. We switched because we have never been able to bring our dogs to any of the other hotels, but at the Westin, they are welcome. While it's pricy - $50 / day for the dog, it included their own bed and set of bowls to use, and my dog was not only allowed, but welcome.
Everyone we encountered there was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and despite the Covid restrictions, we completely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nicer than most of the other hotels, and very clean and updated. We had a great suite with a fantastic view of the mountain and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the changing leaves after long days of hiking. We will absolutely return.
Thank you!!

We stayed here for the MLK long weekend to enjoy the slopes. I chose Le Westin over the Residence Inn by Marriott Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle which we stayed at a few years ago due to the heated outdoor pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which I forgot had a kitchen included and was really a great addition. We ate breakfast every day in the room which allowed us to get to the mountain in time to start out the day early. The Marriott included breakfast but didn't have the outdoor pool. The pool is quite heated even when it was -12F which was interesting. TIP: Store your skis in the hotel ski area vs the ski valet, no reason to use the ski valet at all at the mountain. The liquor store SAQ is directly outside the rear door to the hotel which is very convenient. If you go out the front door and walk to the left the small market is just a few hundred feet away. We fully enjoyed our stay and will likely be back next year.

It was a ladies weekend get away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Federique and Martin who helped us unloaded our luggages. Both gentlemen made sure we did not have to lift anything heavy and they delivered our luggages to the room in very prompt manner. The check-in was pleasant and very well handled by Xavier. He already made sure our room was well prepared and ready before we arrived. Xavier was extremely helpful and he informed us that he will make sure our weekend would be amazing. Special thanks and great appreciation to Natalie - who handled the housekeeping. When we arrived our room, all amenities were there, very well presented for us, 3 ladies. Natalie made sure we had all essential for the weekend.
The level of service we experienced from this hotel is beyond standard. Our room is super clean, the staffs were very helpful and they would go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy and enjoy their stay.
Our next friends/group get away , we will definitely choose this hotel again and again.

This was a family trip and we booked the 2 bedroom suite that is very spacious for a family group. We have stayed here before and were looking forward to the great hot tub and outdoor (very) heated pool. The location is ideal and very close the lifts. The staff was wonderful (in particular the valets which is a must to use upon arrival). We were in room 515 which is the highest floor for the suite and it was very quiet location at the end of the hall and no room above us.
The only negative is the restaurant which is a one star. We are Titanium travelers with the free breakfast amenity which turned out to be only cold food. We got the hot food upgrade for $10 per person. The food was average to terrible and we did not visit the restaurant again even having free vouchers in hand.
