Detailed Reviews
The room we had for our one-night stay was great; very spacious, updated and well appointed with a large-screen tv, large seating area, fridge, espresso machine, real mugs and glasses (including wine glasses). The bathroom had a heating lamp, great shower and tub, wonderful towels (and plenty of them), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, very good quality hair dryer.
We thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool which is essentially a massive hot tub.
One thing that would make this hotel even better would be complimentary robes. I understand that they might not want to automatically provide them in the room but it would be greatly appreciated if they were available to sign out from the front desk (right now they’re only available for purchase). There is no change room by the pool so one must make one’s way back to the room wrapped in a towel only (unless you purchased a bathrobe).

Pros: quiet location about 15 minute drive from Mont Tremblant Resort, room was spacious for three people, decor is very nice, great amenities, recommend for families or if you're not trying to go to the village at night, nice bartender in the evening - Marcelle was fantastic
Cons: went on a long weekend so the taxi service was very limited, when we set up the spare bed we found an old scarf and a used mask.
On Saturday morning at 8:54am, I asked the front desk if they had any slippers for sale. One of the ladies did not understand but was nice about it. Her desk mate translated for her that I wanted slippers. I hadn't even turned the corner before the desk mate began mocking me and I overheard them cackling and making fun of me. Completely disrespectful.

Nice hotel in Saint Jovite. While there was a large reception/party in the main hall/room on the 1st floor, in the 2nd floor room that we stayed at we couldn't hear it. The small pool was good and the small sauna was a nice as well.
The room was a good sized and you could stay 4 people in it. The room had a good sized sofabed as well.
Hotel is located about 10 min drive from the Tremblant resort.
Less than 5 min drive to Saint Jovite and about the same walking. Has free parking.
It may have been the weekend we stayed, but found the price about the same as Tremblant resort, which is surprising given that it is 10 min drive away!

I stayed over night Saturday so we could visit Mont Tremblant resort. The price was double what it was on weekdays, but that's often the case. So I thought I'd treat myself to this seemingly luxurious hotel. Don't look at their site's pictures and figure that's all included. The comfy bathrobes and slippers you see people wearing are for sale, they don't come with the room. The pool/spa is great, but closes at 10:00. So when you come back from your day's activities, it's closed. And don't you dare smoke before you go in your room, you'll have a charge of $200, even if you didn't smoke in the hotel! Complete snobs, dazed customer service, and completely out of line with their extra charge! Worst place I've being since Detroit!

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights Jul 6-8. Hotel is dated and dark, rooms are updated so it looked comfortable. First impression, customer service is rude and abrupt, no welcoming words, no smile. There are a bunch of front desk people joking and laughing, but only 1 person was there to help customer. We got to our room, it looks decent, but the minute we open the washroom door, the smell of urine filled the air. I went to the front desk to ask to switch room, the same girl was rude and tells me that we can't change, she will send someone to check out and spray the washroom. I told them I will not accept it, she and her colleagues refused to change for us. The maintenance guy came with a spray bottle, I told him we do not want a spray to just cover the smell. We went to the front desk again, they sent the head cleaner, she pretend there was no smell. Again they refused to change room for us. I had it, I told them I want my money back, I'm moving hotel, they say okay they will send someone to clean the bathroom. I told them we can't undo the 1st impression and all I want to do is a change of room, the girl was yelling at me until I told her she works her and I'm a paying customer. This took over 1.5 hours and the manager in an accusing tone asking me why it took so long to complain. I had to tell her I went front desk within 5 minutes of getting the room. Finally after 1.5 hours, I got another room and they make me sign off that I accept the 2nd room. It is unbelievable, I wonder how they manage to survive in this day age. If there is 0 rating, they will get that.

I booked a stay with my friends 3 weeks in advance . The same day , they started installing roadblocks for our way there and the city had just become a red zone (meaning cases have gone up extremely in the area). We called the hotel to waive the fees because we physically could not get there , as we would each get 6000$ fines and/or be asked to turn back around . The manager has no compassion or understanding for our situation , and when we tried calling again , she sent us to voicemail. Even Booking.com(the app I booked through) called them and tried reasoning with her and she didn’t bother even letting us change dates or at least give us back a percentage of the reservation cost we paid. I should have read all these reviews first because it is very clear they have extremely poor customer service and care very little for their clients. Don’t book here.

The hotel is very well situated , in the mountain , very quiet but 2minutes from the Main Street and restaurants. Took a special , 2 nights and dinner at the Grill. When I booked ,I was told that we could bring our own wine, by Nancy but not the case because they now have there liquor license. But the food on the BBQ was delicious! The cooks were very good. Really enjoyed our stay. We also hade a free beverage at the bar.
Overhaul very good , will go back.

On May 22, 2022, shortly after we had checked in to our absolutely beautiful room, we received a tornado warning in the area. Staff jumped into action, asking us to take safety precautions. After the heavy storm passed, most of the Laurentians lost power, rendering our weekend away null. We checked out the following morning since we couldn't safely use the hotel services. They provided us with a credit of just under half the cost of our two-day stay, which we didn't think too much of at the time.
On June 15, 2023, I began communicating with the customer service team to figure out how to use our credit on a weekend stay. My mom and I finally had some time off, so we wanted to return to the hotel where our getaway was cut short. Their team said we could book again, but that they will only allocate a credit that was almost $100 less than the already-lower amount we were quoted when we had to check out early.
When I asked for more information, the agent told me it was because Booking/Expedia takes a cut from their fees and that they had to compensate as a result. We rejected the credit, requested a reimbursement instead, and we have been since been ghosted.
We are not responsable for the partnerships they use to fill their rooms. Ignoring our communications to finalize this transaction after not being able to provide any of the services we paid for and lost out on during an emergency situation, then cutting a bit off the top because they agreed to paying their partners, seems opportunistic.

I had a reservation for this hotel from April 8-10. My country has prohibited us from leaving Spain and my wife is very ill due to the coronavirus.
I have written to the hotel so that, due to all this, they would cancel the reservation at no cost, since my wife is very very ill and we will not be able to go or travel for a long time.
The unfortunate response of the hotel, after explaining my story is that it will not return the money of my reservation. I do not see it as normal, as it is a case of force majeure.
Painful customer service and 0 empathy with their customers. Attached conversation image

Good size rooms. Location is very convenient if you are planning to do snow tubing. It’s newly renovated hotel. Outdoor hot tub looked good, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use that. We had no microwave in our room that was a only complaint we had.
