When we made our reservation we were charged 214.00 per night and were told if we sign up for the Wyndham points card they would adjust the price to 209.00. The hotel staff refused. Then we were told we had to reserve 30 minute slot which we did. We were slotted for 9:30 pm, Arrived in the lobby at 9:20 and were made to wait until exactly 9:30. Upon letting us in the pool area, there were 14 young children screaming splashing and running wild in the pool. I asked the front desk to ask them to leave since they had been in the pool for over an hour. My request was dismissed. Impossible to swim or enjoy the pool. My son reserved the gym and again several young children were playing unsupervised in the gym!! The room was wonderful except we had to ask them to come and clean the dirty kitchen area which they did immediately with many so sorts. Beds were great and quiet after 11:00 when the kids stopped running and screaming in the hallway. Breakfast was very cold, toast was like cardboard, no potatoes or beans It is in Quebec after all. I would return but NEVER AGAIN during Spring Break!

A friend and I had reserved an Airbnb in Mont Tremblant for a few days. A heavy snow storm was predicted on the day we were to travel there, so we opted to arrive a day earlier. Since the Airbnb was not available for this extra night, we made a reservation to stay at the nearby Microtel Inn and Suites.
The room was clean and had all of the amenities we needed (desk/chair, TV, WIFI, closet, microwave, mini fridge, ironing board/iron, USB outlets, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, etc.). What it didn't have was proper seating. Since we were spending part of the afternoon and the evening there, we asked the staff if we could use their game room. Because of COVID, this room was being used to store tables and chairs from the dining as it was closed for safety reasons. Instead, they offered us their conference room. We comfortably had our takeout dinner in there and played games board games.
Some guests enjoyed the pool with their children.
The next morning we were provided with a takeaway breakfast - they even had a vegetarian option (breakfast sandwich, tangerine, yogurt, muffin, cheese, apple sauce). Coffee/tea/juice/water was available at all times.
As usual, checkout was at 11 a.m. However, we couldn't check into the Airbnb before 3 p.m. The hotel staff, once again accommodated us by allowing us to use the conference room until the Airbnb was ready to receive us.
I noticed that the hotel had been awarded the 2019 "Best of Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham". I wasn't surprised. The staff were outstanding - polite, pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The collaborative teamwork between the staff members was noticeable. They made the difference for us!

On April 18th, 2022, my wife and I stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites in Mont-Tremblant. This was our second time at this hotel. Our booking offered a two night stay in a fourth-floor suite with two queen beds and a kitchenette, free parking, and internet. The hotel’s quality bedding is always a plus. At this time of the pandemic the hotel did serve a hot breakfast and we also had access to the heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The service we received was efficient, and the price paid was reasonable. We felt safe in this environment and would again recommend Microtel Inn and Suites to friends and family and would rate our stay a five-stars.

We’re currently staying here and it has been a disappointment from the beginning. Checked in and the first room was filthy, crumbs on the desk, both sides of the floor and the window seat. If your not cleaning up the visible crumbs are you really properly cleaning with a global pandemic? Probably not. Our room was changed and again in this room dried egg pieces are under the microwave. Reserved a pool time for tonight, says 2 in the hot tub and max 10 in the pool. We walked in and 17 in the pool and 9 in the hot tub. Asked Male front desk staff to take a look and he was cleaver to tell us he can see 3 people in the pool from his camera and monitor. We went in again and another family came to use the pool and we left. If your not worried or concerned about Covid19 then this will be a great choice! However, as a healthcare worker I am not comfortable here and extremely disappointed with the Wyndham’s efforts to keep people safe.

We had a negative experience witht the check-in. They are grossly understaffed & have slow working computers. Although we specifically requested & were "guaranteed" that we would have connecting rooms; we were given 2 rooms a few doors apart. This was not safe since we had young children who needed our attention.... I would have expected fair reimburements such as points returned or some cash refund as we were quite disappointed abput this.
On the positive side- the pool & slide are amazing; the rooms are decent & clean

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is new (~ 1 year old), very clean and modern with a superb team (front desk and kitchen people, in particular were standouts).
The hotel is located ~ 10 mins drive from the pedestrian village at Mont Tremblant. My family skied and I stayed at the hotel for the day - no hardship, with the excellent gym (even had real spin bikes), comfortable room and pool.
Breakfast was as expected for a Holiday Inn type hotel - perhaps better. Things were very crowded and the kitchen team worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked. Coffee available in the rooms and lobby all day.

Nice and clean new hotel. Check in is fast. Pet friendly. They charge $25 per visit for pet. Customer service is excellent. Breakfast selection is great. They have sausage, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruits and many more. Outside breakfast hours we can take coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fruit anytime we want. Plenty of parking. Room is clean. There is microwave, fridge. Washroom is clean and small. Bring your own soap and shampoo. They only gave us shampoo in a tiny bottle with 10% left. This is no big deal as we always bring our own. Beside hotel they have tim horton, mcdonald and gas station.

It is perfectly located: next to Tim Horton and McDonald, and gas stations, about 8 mins from Jovite and 8 mins to Mount Tremblant. Staff and clients follow COVID 19 protcol. Breakfast served in a box. Everyone just picks it up at the lobby. Supplies are available at lobby front desk (coffee condiments, coffee cups, towels). Overall, it's a good stay.

We stayed last week, they where really clear at check in that due curfew we had to stay in our room by 20h30, later that night almost 23 pm a bunch of people were on the hall talking kinda strongly and the hotel did nothing about it. Also the FD agent gave us the wrong information for restaurants and the "bqqs" on the village. Clean hotel small and despite they were almost empty they gave us a room next to the elevator.

We stayed at the hotel for three days while skiing at Mont Tremblant. We arrived late midweek and the location of the hotel (right off the main road) was convenient after a long drive. From the hotel, the ski area was very close by (10-12 minutes). Not too many food options nearby but one could get to most of the village places in few minutes by car. The hotel seemed to be quite new with most of the furniture in the room and in the common areas in good condition. Our room, on the top floor was quiet, and while not large was comfortable for three adults. The microwave was helpful for heating up some food and the fridge was cold. The hotel offers free breakfast, although they don't really have any hot offerings (apart from some hard boiled eggs). The bagels were fresh, but the waffle batter quite runny. Overall, standard fare. On balance, given the price, the fact that the hotel was very clean and that it offered easy access to the Mont Tremblant slopes, we found the hotel an excellent choice.
