HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 15 January 2017

This was the first motel that my husband and I saw when we exited from #1, in the early evening. The young man at reception was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a room with fridge, microwave, and at ground level. When I heard that continental breakfast was not available until 7am and we were planning to leave at 6:30,...

We stayed here two nights while visiting family. The motel is older, but has been nicely updated. We had a small dog so stayed in a ground floor room. There is a screen door that you can open to let in the fresh country air. Lovely. The beds are very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator that was a bit...

We stayed here for one night during our transit between Ottawa to Banff. This hotel is just off the Trans-Canada highway and the reception is open until 11pm. So, even if you are checking in late just give them a call. They also offer breakfast. Overall, I would definitely recommend this while you are in transit or even for more...

The room here was very comfortable, clean and equipped for our needs and our dogs needs. There is a breakfast room with substantial selections for a traveller. There is ample parking and a quiet north side to come and go with pet walks. Very friendly and accommodating owners. A pleasure to stay here.

When we pulled up the this old fashioned, cinder block, motorway motel I set my expectations low, but it turned out to be a great place with friendly people, clean and updated rooms, and more like a B&B than a motel. Check in was handled by a friend of the owner who was off playing music for the evening. It...

I had an excellent experience. Room had new tv/fridge and beds were very comfortable. Food was available from the front desk all day and the staff was very friendly. Concierge recommend sticky fingers pizza in town and was not wrong, it was amazing. 10/10 would stay again.

Recently was in PLP with family who had booked in here. Was very pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the rooms are. It was nice to have the little breakfast area where we could visit the next morning Would definitely recommend for travellors just wanting an easy to drive into place & a clean room a night or two.
