We stayed for a week as a family and absolutely loved Bighorn Meadows. The condo was clean and well maintained, the pool area was perfect for kids (and adults), and the surrounding area was absolutely breathtaking. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

If you have yet to stay with this group; you’ll be more than satisfied. It is family friendly but is quiet at night. After August, it gets even more quiet. That’s why we go. The rooms are fab and staff are even better. We stay 2-4 times per year.

Bighorn Meadows is a beautiful hotel/resort, on a golf course. Office staff are friendly and helpful. However if you book your stay after hours they utilize a booking agency and they don't seem to know the area and don't know the answers to many questions. We stayed in one of their townhomes and everything was provided for cooking, eating, showering and they even had pool towels on hand. The resort is a short drive from Radium Hot Springs, ziplining, Fairmont, Panorama and white water rafting and hiking trails. The WiFi was spotty at the resort but a very enjoyable, relaxing geyaway.

Hi jenniferB2096JO, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent getaway to Radium. We are delighted that you had an enjoyable time in one of our townhome units and were able to enjoy some time exploring some of the amazing local activities. Yes, you are correct. We do utilize a third-party agency to assist with booking reservations once the welcome center has closed for the day. That being said, we do supply an on-call duty manager with a phone to assist with any after-hours inquiries should you require assistance during your stay. Warm regards, Rachel Aylesworth Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Had a great one night visit to Bighorn Meadows Resort. We weren't planning on visiting Radium Hotsprings but made a last minute detour to visit the area to escape the 'smogwave' of further north. Was pleasantly surprised. It's really close to the little town of Radium Hotsprings (a tad far for walking, better to drive) and the Radium Hot Springs itself. The suite was modern, spacious, had a great balcony and had everything we needed (BBQ, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher). Also had a nice check in experience - they let us in a bit early. I only have a few minor negatives, which is why I didn't give 5 stars: the toaster in our suite was broken, and more importantly the pool area was a bit of a free for all. I've never mentioned this in a post before but some people just sat in the hot tub for 3 or more hours drinking away. While that's great for them, it would be nice if they left a bit of room for others. Very rude and in a post-covid era, very odd (20 people in a tiny hot tub?). The place can't control everything but maybe having a lifeguard or some more posted rules? The pool next to the hot tubs were ok but cold. All in all, with those minor quibbles aside, a solid experience.
