Yes, this motel is on the older side. However, anywhere you stay in BC is going to be older unless you want to pay through the roof. There has definitely been some nice upgrades done here recently. Not everything, but the things that matter. For the price, this is an awesome place to stay. We've stayed in several hotels/motels in...

This is an older hotel (two stories, outside stairs). It appears that they are in the process of doing some upgrades, which are needed. The room was clean but a bit, well dingy - chipped paint, dark older carpet. A good breakfast is included in the price - eggs, ham, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, toast...much better than the usual muffin...

We are glad you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. This is a typical Motel with some extras. The carpet is less than 3 years old so I am confused by your description of it. Paint is ongoing. The outside just had the eavestroughs replaced and until it warms we are unable to repair some of the paint. perhaps next time it...

We chose this motel because the price was good. 2 adults and 3 kids. There was a seperate bedroom that was quite small but was nice to be seperated a bit. Kids enjoyed it very much. The noise level wasn't bad either. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. The complimentary breakfast was really good, I was impressed...

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight here. The check-in staff was stellar with sincere offers of assistance and amenities (thanks for the hot springs towels, corkscrew and wine glasses)! The room was modern in decor and comfort and we slept so well in the cozy king-size bed. The private wifi connection was fast and a nice touch. Breakfast, which we brought...

One of those towns you cannot just drive through! Beautiful! Beautiful Lake Louise, Lake Minnewanka,, White Swan Lake, Glacier Skywalk, and many other attractions right on your doorstep. Not only is Crystal Springs Motel an ideal base from where to visit all these places, but it is very affordable, good and clean and fresh, with Mountain Goats and Mountain Sheep...

Functional Motel, Room Clean & Tidy. Check in efficient and plenty of local literature for things to do and see. No restaurant as such, and have to go and collect Breakfast and take back to room, which can be inconvenient. Internet Good, Parking Good.

We loved staying here. The place was the cleanest we have seen in a while. The location is convenient and peaceful. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who said her family owned the place. She gave us tons of good information and maps. We talked 30 minutes as if we knew each other for years....

The motel is off the main highway which is nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Larger than typically sized fridge with a separate deep freeze. Keurig machine. This room would have been great for a family with 2 queen beds one in a separate room with a door, and a fold out couch. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast served...

We are pleased you had a "comfortable" stay with us. Thanks. In the cooler months we serve breakfast at our sister property. It is much nicer to eat inside where it is warm and light.

Thanks for staying with us during your recent trip to the Mountains. The carpet guys finally came and installed the carpet on the corridors. It took way too long for them to come. It looks amazing now that is is completed.

We stayed in a king room and it was clean and well equipped with a decent sized fridge a mini kuerig machine. Breakfast was served at the Inn next door. The cost was $102 including breakfast. 5 minutes from the hot springs.
