Property was lovely. Small and a bit closer to neighbouring chalets than I thought from web photos. 2min walk to Main Street w/ shops & grocery. Everything you need at chalet was there, everything! Best to Plan outdoor activities or gather lots of peeps in multiple units (b/c they're sooo close) as it's not somewhere I would go to lounge...

Cute little cottage, great for a small family. Fairly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to grocery stores, hot tub on site. Very nice staff. The only downside is they asked us to clean up after ourselves. Not that I wouldn't, and not that I am pig but the whole point in renting a cottage or hotel room is that it...

I stayed here with family for an entire week. The family was divided in a more modern chalet and ours which was the Neuchatel. Ours was probably one of the more rustic ones. And it was perfect in that way. Nothing better and more original than staying in a wooden chalet in the middle of a snowy winter. The heating...

Booked for New Years 2 communicating cabins for 2 families with 6 kids altogether including teens. Each cabin had everything one needs including plenty of pots and even starting kit for fireplaces that was good for 2 days. Great insulation between 2 cabins. Stairs to the mezzanine quite dangerous, upper level for teens only, worked for us. Also very poor...

We chose the Neuchatel chalet for a romantic getaway and it was perfect. Perfect size for a couple, fireplace in the sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and a quick walk to town. Yannick arranged for us to have a relaxing massage in our chalet (merci Valerie!) The beautiful park is adjacent, and the hubby enjoyed mountain biking there. We...

We spent 3 night at this place. Our rest was excellent! There are many activities to do around: pedal boats, free bike rental, huge park with hiking trails is very close to the chalets, kayaking for the half price for the guests. Even the baby carrier backpack has been kindly provided during the stay. The chalet was very clean and...

Well equipped chalet. Two pedal boats are easy to operate and safe for seniors and kids even infants. You can ride boat, BBQ, swim in a small pool, and walk on the trail. All these activities are free! Amazing place for short term vacations. Recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at the Lucerne overlooking the beautiful river. We were stopping off on our bike ride down Le Petit Train du Nord. It was a very relaxing clean, chalet, equipped with everything we needed. The grocery store and the town was a short walk away. The kids had a great time with the peddle boats and swimming...

Just back from a two-night stay in the Montreux chalet. I am 62 and loved the fact that the original cottages were built in the 1950's. They are old, like me!, and basic: crooked lamp fixtures, mismatched linens, strange curtain front door window, and sliding windows circa early 1960's or before but that actually open! I've never been a camper,...

Wow, thank you! What a wonderful review and accurate description of not only our chalet, but our town and area. It was our pleasure to accommodate you and look forward to welcoming you back in September (the shower curtains have been replaced, and pepper filled - thanks again!). Regards, Diana Garroway
