Stayed here on our way through to Quebec. I know you can't expect much from small towns, but a coat of paint would help. Thought we were at the bates motel. Everything is old. No AC, but plenty of hot water. My buddy slept with his cloths on he was so worried. Book your Wawa hotel more than a day...

We stayed here on our way to a fly-in fishing trip. The hotel is adjacent to a bar, but there were no noise issues. The place was clean, affordable, and a great no-frills motel. I plan on staying here again, and would recommend it. Also, there is a pizza restaurant in the same building that really hit the spot!

NO AC... I repeat NO AC.... Stopped in wawa about 200 km earlier than we should have because of the "double jacuzzi" room my girlfriend wanted...Now Wawa is a big dive in itself and the drive up to this hotel made me want to keep driving...Then we saw the lobby and we were amazed... Kind of heritage it seemed clean...

We stopped here on our way home on our road trip and it was a nice & friendly little place! We were only here for the night, but we appreciated the fact that there was a bar attached. The bartender was very warm and a great host! Id definitely classify this more as a hotel vs motel, but has that...

Ok we didn't actually stay here but we hung out at the bar, ate at AJ's Pizza in the same building and got a tour from the owners and we most definitely would have stayed here if we knew it was a historical hotel. In fact I have a message from Bonnie the owner to Trip Advisor...please change the name...

We pulled up at ten pm and we're a bit concerned as we were told to check in at the bar. It was quiet when all the other hotels in town looked overflowing. Looking at it from outside we almost chickened out! Thank goodness we didn't! The foyer is really nice, they have obviously put a lot of work into...

Very nice hotel. Double queen room with lake view very well appointed. Room was clean, beds comfy. Especially liked sitting area where we had cocktails with view of lake. Perfect place to stay after a long day of riding. Staff was friendly and courteous during all phases of stay. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The owner was friendly and helpful. We had so much fun playing shuffleboard in the attached pub! We enjoyed beer- very convenient. No noise from pub in the room. The room was spacious and clean with a fridge. The hotel is one of the fist in Wawa. Small town charm.

I was booked into this hotel by my company with a co-worker. From the outside the place looked run down and you could already hear the noise from the attached bar even at 2 in the afternoon. When we entered our rooms and my co-workers smelled like someone died in there. Mine smelled very strongly of smoke. I checked the...

I called on Friday to reserve ahead of time, it was quite noisy in the background... I asked if there was a room available (I was told no right away)... then I finished my sentence... "on Monday"... Ah, yes, there is i was told... I was looking for a single room, non smoking... I was told that there was one...

“Large front room facing Wawa Lake. Even though on the main street it was quiet with the window fan and the overhead fan. Plus, the bedroom is far from the large windows.”
