Older style hotel which meant our room was a bit larger than what I was expecting. Nice change to have an owner greet us at the front desk. The lady said they were just new owners. Our room was on the top floor, it was quiet had a nice view of town. The elevator access was a nice luxury in...

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel for the ski hill festival weekend. After reading some of the previous reviews we were a little apprehensive. Turns out the hotel had just changed ownership a couple of day earlier and the new folks and their staff were very obliging. The lady at the front desk was training and...

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in! The rates for the rooms definitely do not reflect in the quality of the establishment. When you enter the hotel, no one at the front desk to check you in. You pick up the phone (dirty), call a number and wait. The elevator looks like the most recent upgrade but...

I came to Kimberley for work but this was the only hotel with a room available so I decided to try it. I did enjoy the location of this hotel since it was in walking distance to everything downtown which was good since there was only 6-7 parking spots for the entire hotel. The town did get a lot of...

We arrived in town with other arrangements for the nights stay but things changed at the last minute so with no other options available, we stayed here. It is clearly a hotel that needs a renovation, badly. It is very basic and for one night it was better than sleeping outside in the snow but never again. Especially, with the...

Where to start...Dirty, terrible service, and worst wifi ever. The small parking lots was packed with hard snow and ice, which made it (a) difficult to park and (b) dangerous to walk inside. The parking lot was usually full so we usually parked at the Shoppers Drug Mark next door. The sidewalks surrounding their building are also not shovelled. My...

It doesn't appear that this hotel is very well maintained. The bathroom had mildew all over the shower, the toilet rocked back and forth, the mirror was hung crooked, the towels smelled musty and the walls were splattered with something (I don't wanna know what it was). The carpet in the room didn't look like it was vacuumed recently. The...

Stayed week of July 18, 2016 for one night which was one night too many. Let’s start with the grand entrance where one has to maneuver by yellow milk crates, ashtray pots and the aroma of garbage. The front desk greats you with a telephone from which you may call for check in assistance. There was a gentleman in flip-flops...

It is an older place. Clean enough. The door needed the key card to close the door on exit. The hotel used to be The Econo Lodge... which is why I picked it. I thought I would get hotel points. Goodnight
