Room was outdated, they were a series of cabins. We did use the pool, but it could have used some work. Thought there was a breakfast include, but there wasn't, just as well. Went to Tim Hortons down the road.

We booked over the phone from St.Catharine so just didn't know what we are going to get July 18-2016 but it was way more than what we had expected. 2 motorcycles, 4 people, room 402 what perfectly clean. Mackey made sure that we had everything we needed. Is it nice to be able to park directly in front of the...

Gananoque is a summer time place. We knew that but we also had an opening in our family time and decided to go there in the off season since neither of us knew the town. Must admit I took comfort in the Ramada part of the name. But it was a bit of a shock. The desk clerk didn't know...

This motel has a lot going for it: good rate, comfortable beds, good WiFi. However, it should be avoided in September or October, any time when the weather is cold. On the day we arrived in late October, the temperature outdoors was around 2C (36F). To our dismay, that was the temperature of our room when we checked in. The...

How can this place get such a high rating. Old outdated decor, floors that creek, slanting floor in bathroom area, UNPAINTED walls. aged toilet and shower.. I refused to use the shower. Musty smelling...nothing rustic about this place.

The room was ok, but way to expensive for the quality! We have two dogs and they charge $15 per dog per night for a total of $60 plus taxes on top of the price of the room! It needs improvements and large rooms smell like mold!

Stayed for 2 nights since it was not that far to the border for a day of shopping in the states, it was a decent size room for a family of 4 and it was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is a restaraunt on site but not included so we did not try eat there. This is...

The room is ok but as it was October we woke up and the room was freezing and the heater wasn't very good. Cobwebs in the lamps, dead flies on the window Cilla and black mound round the bath. At least could do with a good clean, at best a refit.

The room was recently renovated, clean and had all the amentites we needed... breakfast in the morning was adequate with plenty to eat. Owners were accomodating and pleasant. Location was not downtown but a pleasant drive or walk to the core or the water.

Spent one night here while travelling through Ontario. Chose this hotel as I had stayed there twice before and found it very satisfactory. The room was clean and well-equipped and I had a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in the traditional motel style, all rooms being in single-storey buildings, and one can park close...
