A great place to stay. The host was really friendly with tons of information on Gananoque, Kingston and the surrounding area. He could not be more helpful and gave us all the time in the world that made our stay unique to us. The bedrooms were quiet, very clean and comfortable with good aircon. The breakfasts were more than adequate,...

What a fabulous place to stay. Host was friendly, helpful and wonderful to chat with. Food was fantastic and location very close to the waterfront. Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My wife and I spend our anniversary night (mid-May) at the Stonewater B&B. The location is amazing as it is steps from the water, a short, pleasant walk to downtown, one block from the boat tours and one block from the 1000 Islands Playhouse. On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we arrived at the B&B and were greeted by Jeff (who's...

I can't emphasize enough how perfect this place is. The location is great because it is walking distance to everything (even the LCBO!). The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The Manor also has a restaurant pub attached to it which is very unique and serves good food. If you want to rent tour bikes to visit, it's there...

A beautiful home, treated with care to provide each guest with a unique experience in wonderful and for the first time visitor (not our case) surprising Gananoque. Accented by excellent gastro-pub cuisine in a charming setting. Sue and Jeff assure coziness and that special feeling of being someone special. Spent Valentine's/Family Day weekend 2015 at the Stonewater B&B. We found it cozy, comfortable and convenient. The home is both gracious and inviting, the room was clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. We felt attended to but also appreciated our privacy. The hosts were kind and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic. We were treated to a...

There are many reasons why the "Stonewater" is rated as the #1 place to stay in Gananoque (probably # 1 in Southern Ontario). The main reason is the warm and hospitable welcome you get from Jeff and Sue the minute you walk in the door (or in our case, illegally park outside). It was like coming home to old friends....

We recently had the very good fortune to find this gem of a B&B when traveling to visit family over the holidays. Jeff and Sue were exceptionally generous hosts, and we were very grateful for their warm hospitality. We stayed in the spacious Loft room, and enjoyed watching the snow fall from our cosy nook overlooking the river. The next...

Stayed at the Stonewater Manor for 3 nights over New Year's weekend. The owners, Jeff and Sue, are wonderful! It was like staying with friends. The b&b is charming and the attached pub has fabulous food and entertainment. I highly recommend both and i'm looking forward to staying there again soon.

This is an overdue review (we stayed in June 2012, not June 2014 as I have had to select on this form!) and would defintiely recommend. Really looked after by hosts and we were given a lot of help with where things were in the local area etc. Catering was also great - my only small complaint was that I...
