This hotel definitely needs some investment. The entire staff was always helpful and available and helpful: that made a HUGE difference. The rooms are small: we had problems with the safe, the window, and the toilet. The hotel does not have free wi-fi but they sell you access cards. Unfortunately, they worked for about one hour and that was it...

For those of you who are interested in knowing if this place is better than Chile- (Portillo (awesome for family and amazing staff!) or Valle Nevado/La Parva/Termas de Chillan(better for hip couples- more modern but expensive and/or hard to get to) yes if you plan on doing alot of off piste back country skiing but otherwise I would choose Portillo...

There are very few options for a quality stay in Las Lenas given it's remote location so we chose the Piscis Hotel. It has a lot of options within the hotel some better than others. Firstly, the rooms are tired and run down, the beds tiny and the mattresses far too old. My pet peeve with Euro style bathrooms is...

This hotel reminded me of the Cal Neva Hotel in Lake Tahoe. Like the Cal Neva, the hotel has a casino, all be it of a different type. Like the Cal Neva, the Piscis is in need of an update to the 21st century. Yes, all the rooms have flat panel TV's, but after that, the hotel is as contemporary...

Place needs a major face lift. Every thing in the hotel is getting really run down and hotel has a very strange vibe to it. Food was pretty good which is all I cared about since you really need the energy when the skiing is good. Las Lenas is by far the best mountain in South America but their accommodations...

First time skiing experience in Argentina and we stayed at The Piscis Hotel for a week with a dinner bed and breakfast package. It was extremely difficult to make the mandatory pre-payment as credit card payment was not accepted. We chose to drive a hire car from Mendoza (about 5 hours) to experience the Argentinian scenery. Greeted by off-handed reception staff and...

“slope side mountain view on 2nd floor away from the bar and the casino(it can get noisy at night)-great view to the mountains and same floor as the main reception”

“Rooms above the front entrance and to the right will be disturbed by the garbage collection from the back of the kitchen in the wee hours of the morning. As well rooms on the front side of the hotel facing the ski village can be subjected to the constant and annoying boom-da-da-boom of the discos until 4 AM.”
