The room was dirty and run down. The mosquito nets provided had holes in them and the mosquito grill in the window was patched with toilet paper! Dirtier than the room was the shared bathroom. The place was grimey and clearly had not been properly cleaned in years! I expect a low standard when using budget accomodation on an island...

Had Farang bungalows are located 200 metres from the famous Charlie Beach, and cost a fraction of the cost of the 3*resort of the same name. For a short walk, enjoy the beach and its surrounding bars and restaurants. Bungalows were clean and very well equipped with mosquito coils lit on the balcony each night. Restaurant seemed dull and unused, but loads of...

It's quite inexpensive, when you take in consideration that you are close to a beautiful beach. The place is situated in a garden jungle. So you see hornbills and you have some mosquitos. Don't expect luxury and you'll be fine, it's thai standards, the rooms themselves are a bit hot at night (depending on weather) and have seen better days....

Please do yourself a favour and don't stay here. Bugs everywhere including, ants, mosquitos, rats, animal poo in the room. The room hadn't been cleaned in years and was disgusting. COLD SHOWERS as well which was awful. Don't foto this island unless you can afford to spend the money on a luxury villa

we payed about 500 baht for a bungalow (nov. 2016) the island has two sides, the beach on the westside is beautiful. the bungalows are situated on the left end of the beach, zwo minutes walk off the beach. no sea view, but very pretty resort and the food was outstanding!

Do not take the cheapest bungalows. Whole bungalows are in mold. When the employee showed the room there was two rather big geckos on the door and I was okay thats normal but then, I could immiaditelt feel the humidity and rottening smell of mold. The mold was coming from all over the bungalow. Biggest reasons were probably bathroom and...

We highly advise anyone who is considering staying here to choose a different property. This has been, by far, the worst experience we have ever had over the last 4 years of traveling. I do not even know where to begin with this review. I guess I will start with the most important aspect which is that your items in...

A cheap hostel located very close to the beach. You can choose between a small tent or a bungalow. I chose the tent and had some amazing days. There is a fan and a charges inside the tent. They also provide toilet paper and a small soap. There is no hot water in the shared bathrooms but it is really...

Heard good things about this place, but they were lacking. The room was spacious and a great deal for the price. We initially chose the 600 Baht bungalow with fan but switched to a/c for 800 after 1 night because it was really hot and humid. Our room had a comfortable bed, great mosquito net, a couch, and a nice...

My partner and I stayed in a 400B bungalow for one night. There were much nicer, more expensive options but as we wanted to save money we took the cheapest bungalow available. It was ok; the space inside was very limited and the bed was hard but the shower was powerful enough and the fan worked well. We didn't spend...
