We stayed at the Baumanier for four nights, the best point we're the unsurpassed dining and the large, beautiful property. The room we stayed in was not perfect, although it was a higher priced room/suite. The lounge area was not comfortable due to the relentlessly modern decor (including a large metal platform and stairs), inadequate lighting, and poorly functioning A/C....

An absolutely fabulous place, yet internet was not working for two nights straight, which drove me nuts as I had some work to do. Otherwise just perfect, particularly if you don't mind spending over a hundred euro per person for dinner.

My husband and I spent three nights at Baumaniere Les Baux de Provence on our honeymoon. It's a gorgeous estate in a beautiful area with many great little villages to explore nearby. All the staff were approachable and helpful. We had a deluxe room which was really well appointed- spacious, clean and lovely decor. Overall it was a lovely time,...

What a gem of a place. We had booked for 2 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday and liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The rooms are beautiful and the entire property is magnificent. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner at L'Oustau where I was presented with a beautiful chocolate birthday greeting with a candle. All the...

My husband and I visited Baumanière Les Baux de Provence as part of a three week trip to the South of France and the Amalfi Coast in Italy. While we had never visited this part of France before, I am so glad that we decided to add it to our itinerary as Les Baux and the Baumanière are absolute gems!...

My husband and I dined at L'Oustau (their restaurant ) last Sept for our wedding anniversary. The surroundings are magical and the dinner was absolutely wonderful, we dine at many fine eateries and this is in our top 10. The service was impeccable, not too frosty, very friendly and the sommelier was very well versed in his knowledge of wine,...

I have traveled to France between 80 and 100 times and have never been ripped off or treated as rudely as by Baumaniere les Baux in Provence. We had to catch an early plane and when leaving found that there was no one to give us a final bill. When I received the final bill on my credit card Baumaniere...

Dear Bob B, We have been very surprised by reading your message on Trip Advisor and I personally made some researches to try to understand what happened with your invoice, which took time because the person in charge of your departure was on holiday. It appears that we made several mistakes on it : you ordered 2 bottles of Champagne...

Three nights and four days was way too short....This is a real little gem. Easy to get to from Avignon or Aix. Beautiful surroundings, great little day trips right around the corner if you want to get out of the property. The food is sumptuous. The wines are some of the best ones I have tasted in that region.
