Dinosaur Trails RV Resort & Cabins in Drumheller is only a few kilometers from the Royal Tyrrell Museum and located right on the Red Deer River. With over 221 sites the Resort offers a variety of styles including treed and open areas with all types of camping including tenting and big rigs. There are seven A/C cabins that offer all the comforts of home in a unique outdoor environment. Now you don’t need to own an RV to enjoy the camping experience! Close to the World’s largest dinosaur, the Homestead Antique museum, Horse Thief Canyon and East Coulee Coal Mines there is a lot to explore. Open from May 1 to September 30, there is an onsite modern general store with all the necessities, with a decidedly dinosaur theme. In addition, there is a laundromat, washrooms and showers close to all sites.

They make rules here, but they do not enforce most of them. Dogs barking, kids running all over unsupervised as the rules state they should be, especially on motorized toys, they are not supervised. They say no clotheslines, yet just about every camp has one....More

Had an amazing time here! We pulled in and there were lots of kids biking running around having a good time. There is lots to do here, you don’t have to leave if you don’t want too. We got to do Halloween in the park...More

We had a wonderful week in the Drumheller area and at the RV park. The outdoor pool didn't feel "heated" but that's probably because the air was so hot. Great location with the river path and shallow water there an added bonus. Only 2 unfortunate...More

Great little campground in the middle of Drumheller badlands (hoodoos). Sites with full hookup including 50 amp. Lots of amenities including laundry, store, playground, fire pits, pool, washrooms, etc. Fun extras to do like their fossil hut, bingo, pancake breakfasts, dinosaur soup and canoe rentals....More
