Loved this hotel, spacious, gorgeous rooms! The location isn't the greatest, and paying for "water view" isn't worth it. You are facing a river and a highway. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. We didn't eat here as the restaurant is very pricey and offered food we hadn't heard of, lol! There is a heated outdoor pool...

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-day stay and multiple treatments at Old House Hotel & Spa! Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the grounds. The building in which our room was located had both a cozy reading room, and a warm, inviting lobby with overstuffed chairs and fireplace; as well as a sauna and jacuzzi which...

Our family of four was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite with a pool view, and that pleased no one more than our children. We gave them the "master" because it faced the pool and I didn't want to change in front of everyone, but each bedroom had a king bed, a TV and a bathroom. It was nice to relax...

Well, it tries to be both but am not sure which it want to be more of. We had an opportunity to stay in the Comox Valley for several days and chose The Old House. We were not there for the spa. Our room was a 1 bedroom "suite". Nicely appointed, nice furniture, nicely appointed kitchenette with a dining table....

We booked a two night stay with a suite here because we had heard it's rated high. I rate these hotels to let people reading these reviews maybe help them in their choice. Check in was fine. Asked about if they had complimentary bottled water, was told their tap water was fine. Just a warning to people Courtney has boil...

Spotlessly clean hotel with extremely professional yet friendly staff. Beautifully appointed guest rooms with luxurious bedding and amenities. Full kitchens in one bedroom suite are fully stocked with equipment needed for lite meal preparation. Oh Spa staff and services are top notch too.

I have a beautiful corner suite on the river with full kitchen and laundry. The staff is first rate and the attached restaurant is nothing short of amazing. Hot tubs and pool on site. On the river trail for late afternoon walks. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I have always considered a hotel a place to sleep while exploring and visiting people and places. The Old House change things for me. I would come back just to relax in their hotel. I loved the room with fireplace, the saltwater pool and of course the cookies and coffee in the lobby. I felt like just spending the day...

We were upgraded to a Penthouse Suite which was a lovely surprise. Beautiful rooms, clean, with full kitchen, bar, dining room, fireplace and a loft bedroom. It would be perfect for entertaining. The lobby and reception area were charming and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
