This hotel could be turned from a soulless shell, that the owners don't seem to care much about, and is not a great place in which to stay, to a comfortable, bright lively place that that guests would adore, and could be a real money spinner for the owners. This is the first hotel that I have come across, that...

We booked this hotel on-line as a single night lay-over on a long road-trip. Just a place to crash so it didn't have to be special and we had low expectations. I *have* stayed in worse places - but not since I was backpacking in South East Asia. Nothing about this place was "great". Fundamental stuff that wasn't right: -...

Good place to go if you like to fight in the bar downstairs. Bar was loud, clientele seemed like small town trouble makers, young people. very strange. Food was ok but sushi restaurant next door is much better. Helpful staff all Korean though and their English was not the best.

This clean hotel in an historic building has a bar and restaurant with amazing sushi (but really amazing!), but most of al: the most friendliest staff. We arrived late at night after a long trip and although the kitchen was already closed our host offered to make us anything we'd liked. Such great hospitality you don't see often. The next...

Couple days ago I went there to take break from journey to Fernie, the price was reasonable, and the service was awesome. Also there was a big lounge beside the lobby, and a mug of draft beer was only 4.50.

We looked the room over before paying since the building is old and old hotels can sometimes be "iffy". Room 114 looked clean and quiet so we took it. Price was reasonable. Air conditioning worked. Girlfriend ran a tub of water for a bath. Water was extremely brown and had some kind if floating scum. A Google search for Cranbrook...

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times now. It is a very old building and some of the decor is quite dqted (1970s), but It is vey clean and a great deal at $60 for a single occupancy queen. The owners are super nice. There is a pub on the main floor, so it can be loud at times...

This clean hotel cannot be better situated in downtown Cranbrook (amongst nice little shops and coffee places). The Choi family is just so helpful and attentive to your needs. The hotel also has a Pub that serves among other things sushi. I had the salmon sashimi which was one of the highlight of my trip in BC, and even better...

Very nicely renovated hotel, clean and very friendly and helpful owner-manager. It was everything you need for a very small price. I appreciated having a telephone in the room...something that we don't see a lot anymore. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in Cranbrook.
