What an incredible location this place is in, first and foremost. Apart from that, total chaos. Not much to add to what other travelers have recently added - clearly being taken advantage of by volunteer "staff" who ignored the guests, ate all the food meant for paying customers and then partied all night. Small number of staff trying their hardest...

Me & my family (total of 11) spent the last day of our Summer tour yesterday at Beaverfoot lodge. We spent it differently...a feeling of living in wild west & cowboy living! It's not fancy but purely loving it! The view is perfect! Mountains, trees, ranch, horses, greenery & blue sky. The staff are so friendly & accommodating! Special mention...

I arrived in late afternoon and they had no record of my booking. There was a wedding going on so the room I thought I was getting was unavailable, so I agreed to take a $15 campsite. This place is far from anything, but I wasn't worried, after all, they had food available, didn't they? Uhm, no. They didn't. They...

We were very disappointed upon arrival. The photos on the internet are deceiving. Our room in the Lodge was just beds, bare lightbulb in the celing, and a broken blind and window crank. Didn't know we had to share a bathroom with all other lodgers. Very dirty in the common areas. No restaurant - they provide food but no choice....

Our party had booked one night in two covered chuck-wagons. We loved the idea of having a rustic wild west experience. However, when we arrived there was no record of our booking. Our allocated accommodation was filthy with the previous guests dirty linens still on the bed and dead bugs everywhere. There was no running water in the shared bathrooms...

Booked this place with friends and we were super excited about our stay. When we arrived, initially we thought 'wow, what an amazing place!' but immediately we were told that the cabin we had booked was being renovated so we had to stay in a different one (meaning we all had to share beds). Our cabin also wasn't ready for...

Jesus something must have changed.... we were originally meant to stay in the waggons ( which we have stayed in others in the UK) they were filthy and disgusting along with the facilities. Not as advertised. We got upgraded to a dirty room as not willing to stay in waggons - arriving late in the middle of nowhere we accepted...

My partner had visited Beaverfoot 9 years ago and said it was stunning. This time he was disappointed. We stayed in a covered wagon but sadly it was horrendous. The mattress and quilt were not clean and I slept fully clothed. The staff are very nice but it is all very disorganised. Was booked for two days but stayed for...

If you prefer to be close to nature and you enjoy the peace and quiet, this place is greatly recommended. We stayed in one of the bandwagons and we really like it as it feels like camping out except you don't have to build a tent and there is a bed in it. Just make sure to be prepared to...

This lodge is in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. You will be very happy staying here if you are mellow and don't sweat the small stuff. Some of the great things about our room in the lodge and the overall experience: friendly helpful staff, healthy meals, beautiful views, comfortable bed with nice linens, the...
