This is a very good place to stay. Rooms are clean and warm. Bathroom was spotless. Beds are comfy. Owners/staff are exceptional. Pet friendly. A 10 minute walk to downtown. We really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.
Clean and Comfortable. Reasonably priced. A little small, but we just needed a place to crash at night as we were biking and visiting the beaches and our son in the day. There's so much to do outside there!

Don't worry about asking for an updated room as suggested in one of the latest reviews. All rooms are updated to the same extend (June 2016) besides carpets and kitchens. Go to "rooms and rates" on our website and click on the individual room-types. It will show you some photos of that particular room-type.
The walk to Baker street is very doable in summer as well as in most winter days. After some fresh snow you might want to consider driving into town or take a cab but I would say that one can walk at least 9 out of 10 times in the winter.
