I just LOVED the pre-loved, stereotypical old-town-type hotel look this had in the pictures when booking online. HAD to book it for an experience. I had NO expectations of room service or mini-bar or even swipe key cards or pillow menu. For goodness sake. The rate we paid indicated that we would get what we got. A piece of history....

The best thing about this hotel was seeing it in the rear view mirror. Filthy. I cleaned wiped up messes and cobwebs and dust and spiders for twenty minutes. Door wasn't even locked when we arrived. Advertised king bed and have nothing bigger than queen. Toilet continually leaks so had to keep changing the towel I had wrapped around the...

I was passing through on my way to Kelowna and made this booking ahead of time. I really wish I'd seen the place before making the booking though. The price was fairly high considering the state of the place. Sure, it was clean but there was a lingering smell as though the room had once been smoking but is now...

The rooms are small but they're cheap, clean, and have a fridge and microwave. Lots of parking space and a convenience store attached makes this motel a great one night stop on a road trip. You can hear highway noise so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

While the room was clean and the "desk" (store) clerk was friendly, the place is a very run down old hotel that is in need of updates. Super small room, just enough room for the stiff and cheap double bed and a few belongings. The desk had broken drawers. The TV was old school tube. Tub was shallow. Right next...

Our Windows were unable to close because the window fitting was wrong. We asked to change for safety and security reasons. Second room reeked of smoke. Doors are so hard to lock and unlock. Room was tiny. WiFi is inconsistent. Walls paper thin. Next time I'd pay more to get a better place, it's not worth the hassle.

Very dated, cluttered, dirt from the ages, they have old crt tvs, nice. Feels like you're in a 70's sitcom. We were stuck in traffic and stayed here in a pinch. The location is not bad even though its out of town. The restaurant is good though lots of affordable food!

We were looking for a cheap place to stay and came across this motel. For the price I knew we couldn't be picky . First I couldn't find where to check in and realized it was the store then we got our keys and went to room 9 which had no toilet paper microwave was broken and TV had no...

Our final hotel for our cross-Canada adventure, and a dream compared to the nightmare we'd had in Calgary. We needed two pet-friendly rooms, cheap, and found this place via Google. Our plans were originally to stay in Salmon Arm, but we were sick and tired, and the Frontier was friendly. Service - pretty great. When we called they were great...

Very old and run down but clean. Rooms are extremely small and there are few extras. Essentially you get what you pay for. Good location, directly off Trans Canada. Restaurant was very basic with old fashion western decor. Had a good East Indian buffet.
