Lotti and Mauro's spacious and pristine b&b is a treasure for travellers! With open hearts they treat us like old friends - thoughtful, kind and welcoming. Combined with the happy animals, robust vegetable gardens and expansive vista, this is a jewel within the peaceful arms of the shuswap.

I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent at the Swiss Lodge earlier this month. Lotti is a wonderful host who clearly enjoys sharing their little piece of paradise with their guests. I stayed in the Cougar room which, like elsewhere in the B&B, has a very European feel to it. The breakfasts were delicious. I chose croissants (fresh baked each...

Swiss Lodge is unique in that it was originally planned as a B & B with the needs and desires of the guest first. Rooms are spacious and clean with a Swiss attention to detail. The surrounding gardens are a delight. Breakfast are tailor- made to guest wishes. In a word it - it is memorable.

Stumbled upon a Swiss Haven! Lotti and Mauro were both very welcoming, and understanding when I asked to stay 3 more nights, they gave me the Cougar Room which has a lovely view of Mount Ida (a dormant volcano) and the blooming roses. The room was reasonably big with a queen sized bed, and very nice three pieced bathroom. Well...

The Swiss Lodge is a hidden heavenly spot in Salmon Arm! I was there with my boyfriend. We stayed there for (only) one night, but had the best time! Although we had some GPS trouble and arrived (much) later than expected, Lotti was a great sport and completely understood. She and her husband really love the Lodge and it shows...

After several misadventures with local hotels and other accommodation we were so glad to find this gem. This is a very good total package - the location, the rooms, the hosts, the services and features. Just off the highway, it is quiet at night, with beautiful views of the Lake etc.. The rooms, with their own bathrooms are beautiful European...
