everything thing about our stay at A la Maison Richmond B&B was fantastic !! The building was a beautifully renovated, very very comfortable 97 year old home in Salmon Arm .... the house and area was formerly an orchard ! Hélène was a great hostess and made very nice breakfasts and had interesting conversation and stories, especially about the house... More

We spent 2 night there in early June and loved the B&B. We were in the Turner room which was very spacious, well appointed and very clean. Great breakfast and Helene was a gracious host. The other reviews were spot on. Would definitely recommend this B&B and if staying in Salmon Arm we would be staying here again. While we... More

My son and I visited in June to attend an agricultural event just outside of Chase, and reviewed a whole lot of properties online before deciding on booking a room at a la Maison Richmond (let's just say that I'm a wee bit picky about where I sleep... ;). From first email to the moment we departed, our experience at... More

Hélène is a gracious and friendly host who serves fresh and creative breakfasts with plenty of good coffee. We had the Turner room with its view north over Shuswap Lake. She's done a great job adapting this almost 100-year old house to BnB standards. It's in a quiet neighbourhood away from downtown Salmon Arm, but golf, shopping, restaurants, the Lake... More

Words can't say what a treat you are in for if you are lucky enough to get a chance to stay in the old Ranch House.. Great sleeps and even better home cooked breakfast on a wood stove. Coffee that should make SB sit up and take lesson from. If you are leery about B&B's as was I this little... More

My friend and I spent three nights at this B n" B and we would highly recommend it. The breakfasts were wonderful with a gourmet French influence and the owner, Helene, was very helpful, friendly and interesting. We hope to return asap.

My husband and mother-in-law stayed at Helene's B&B this past July for 2 nights and found the home charming and service excellent. The house is beautifully restored with a great view of the mountains and Helene is very inviting, offering suggestions for local activities and provides delicious breakfasts. Recommended to all! Merci Helene, à la prochaine! Debbie
