We found the hotel to be Best in Three Areas; 1. Physical plant was clean and cared for. This applies to the public areas and our room. 2. Our room was of comfortable size and looked and "felt" clean. 3. Saving the Best For the "dessert", if you will, THE PEOPLE, the Staff, in all areas we encountered great people...

My husband and I stayed here on the night of our wedding last August. We booked it together in person about two months ahead of time and told them that as the bride I would spend the first night alone and the following would be our wedding night. When I arrived to check in the day before, gown in hand...

I was in Sidney for work. It's a nice little town about 1/2 hour north of Victoria. The hotel is very modern and up to date. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. heating/cooling is easily controlled. Bathrooms are nice with good water pressure/shower. The hot water was almost instantaneous. The TV's are good with a huge channel...

We awoke in our room overlooking the inland water way, and could not get over what a beautiful room we had been given. We did not arrive at the hotel until after midnight because of a flight cancellation. Unbeknownst to us, the staff had upgraded us to their signature corner room. The staff and their kindness made this a special...

Because I live in the Sidney area, I have never stayed overnight at this hotel. However, I have patronized the Spa, the hair salon, and Haro's Restaurant frequently. The building is beautiful, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, and the location, on the waterfront, is spectacular. The one problem for me, and for anyone who is allergic to animal...

We stayed here a few years ago and quite enjoyed it. We came back this year for 5 nights in April and loved it again. The location is great. Right at the water and shopping right there! The views from our room were fantastic. The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping were amazing. Always friendly, and kept our room sparkling. The...

We stayed here for a family event. It is a small hotel, only 55 rooms. The lobby/reception area is a bit congested there is a lot happening in a narrow space, but once upstairs it is beautifully appointed. We stayed in a waterfront one bedroom suite . It was just like the pictures! Well stocked kitchen with really nice appliances,...

We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Sidney Pier Hotel. The location was perfect and our room had a beauiful view of the harbor and islands. It is also in the heart of the small downtown area with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, courteous and helpful with our questions about the area, and...

From check-in to departure I must say I was exceptionally pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Our room was immaculate. It was spotless and tidy--the housekeeping staff definitely do their job well. It's in a cute location right on the oceanfront with a lot of restaurants and stores right at the doorstep and...
