You could choose to receive 2 complimentary bottles of water OR 2 complimentary bottles of Pellegrino sparkling drink OR 1 can of fruity beer. One? For two people? Who makes up these rules? Next morning a cold buffet breakfast was offered on an 8' collapsible table in a hallway adjacent to the lobby, with seating only available (a) inside on one of 4 lobby chairs, or (b) outside on one of 8 steel chairs under umbrellas.

We always strive to find innovative and creative welcome gifts for our loyal Best Western elite members and have recently partnered with Herald Street Brew Works in Old Town Victoria to have our own beer. The limited time offered tall can of crafted beer is by volume the same of the water offered. I am absolutely delighted you enjoyed it and hope you will explore Herald Street Brew Works on your next visit to Chinatown! We have never provided complimentary breakfast until very recently and are eagerly awaiting on the approval from Best Western to open our breakfast room, which we are hoping will be open later this year. In the meantime, we are providing the continental breakfast in our lobby. I can certainly agree that our breakfast is not provided in a designated room, but it provides our guests with a complimentary breakfast option on site, which they can enjoyed at our outdoor seating, or back in their appointed room which include a seating area. We had a family medical emergency at the hotel, at which time the Best Western personnel were outstanding in helping an urgent and very compassionate manner. It was tremendous to receive such support from this hospitality facility!

Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the room quiet Everything one looks for in a hotel. Included breakfast was basic but quite adequate (toast, yogurt, fruit, croissants, coffee, tea, etc. Parking was easily available and the location allows for a delightful stroll down the main street of Sidney, BC.

Taking a spur-of-the-moment trip had me making last minute reservations from my mobile phone while the gps was talking and my husband was giving me orders while he was driving. The woman who took my call was patient with us and luckily had a room for us. She also got the points for my stay and the one from the night before in our account. Also the laundry was a welcome amenity.

1 block off hwy so a bit noisy. Room was large but underwhelming for the price (more than 280.00) Breakfast was served on a 3x6 table in the main hallway to the rooms, Seating for no more than 6 people inside, picked over could have been cleaner

Hotel is in a good location not far off the Pat Bay Hwy, and close to the ferry and airport. Hotel is close enough to the waterfront that you can walk too. Staff was friendly and Hotel was nice and clean. Lots of parking available. Only minor complaint would be that continental breakfast is served right in the lobby and the offerings are pretty limited (compared to other Best Western Plus' that we've stayed at). Would be happy to stay here again, if we're in the area.

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Dog friendly. There’s a fridge and a microwave. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good beds and a quiet sleep. Good coffee in the morning, as well as a decent selection of breads, fruit, cereals and yogurt. Nice hotel and we would stay there again.

Very clean with great continental breakfast. Location is easy access to local restaurants, airport, ferries and only 20 minutes from Victoria Harbor. Quiet rooms and free parking. Helpful staff and would highly recommend.

Clean, nice room. Fairly quiet area. Good location, no restaurant but close to shops and restaurants. Easy to find, easy access to main road. We would stay again when we are in the area. Front desk very helpful.

Stayed here with 3 kids this past summer. Some stains on the floor in our suite but generally clean and quiet. I’m pretty sure my wife and I stayed here about 30 years back and at that time there was no air conditioning. ..🙂. It has definitely been redone since then! It’s close to the ferry for a morning departure. Would stay again. If you like pizza, walk a couple steps over to Mariners Pizza next door and take some back to your room. Good stuff to eat.
