Amazing house, extremely well situated. The house is meticulously kept in pristine condition. Rooms are comfortable. The host is served friendly, and goes out of her way to help. Her breakfast was earthy and delicious. Great value for money. The experience was very enjoyable. Will most certainly do it again!

Between Algonquin Park and Ottawa, Bancroft B&B is an excellent place to make a stay. A lovely and charming house, as you can see it on TV or postcards. Catherine, the owner, welcomes you with a smile, a nice dog and a delicious breakfast. She knows the region like the back of her hand, she gives you very useful advice....

A Very cosy but beautiful house. I felt at home from day one, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you are home. I would definitely stay again and recommend this for both couples and families. I watched as the fruit salad was being made, How Awesome is that!

Booked at the last minute and got lucky! As soon as you enter, you immediately get a "homey" feel; greeted by the golden retriever Daisy and my host I immediately felt at home. An older style home, but well kept and attention is paid to the guests needs. I had a smallish room upstairs with a single bed which was...

We have stayed at this place twice, and we love it! The owner is nice, easy to talk to you, and very knowledgeable about Bancroft and surrounding areas. The breakfasts are delicious, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. There is a place in the back to park our motorcycles.

We booked 2 rooms for our 2-night stay, as our teenage son was with us. He had a room with twin beds and our room had a queen and a twin. This home is older and the carpets are old shag. It would be nice if they replaced the carpets - had that old smell. The beds were very comfortable....

We arrived in Bancroft after several hours of motorcycling through windstorms and poring rain completely soaked and cold. Kathryn, the owner gave us a very warm welcome and took very good care of us balancing out the fact that there was no electricity anywhere in Bancroft. The B&B is very nice, warm, conformable and spotless! Our room was very nice...

This a very comfortable B and B with a good and satisfying breakfast. My son and I loved the back bacon! Kathryn is very welcoming, a sparkling conversationalist, and will take good care of you, even packing you a lunch if you're going hiking. Our beds had excellent mattresses, and the bathrooms were spotless. There are common rooms in this...

Beautiful bed and breakfast. A gorgeous wood stove, antiques galore...truly a gem of Bancroft. The owner is wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and filling. The view is beautiful, I don't have a negative thing to say about the place. I have stayed here twice now and any time I come to town, I would stay there again without question....
