I was invited by the new management to try another stay as my experience with the previous owners was a total disaster (see my past review below). I took them up on their offer. What a change! The restaurant is now open, the room was extremely clean and the management was extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire facility has been... More

Really glad that you liked our unique style rooms. The Inn was designed as a snowmobile resort and the loft rooms bring the cottage feel that you like so much. During the winter months hundreds of snowmobilers enjoy them cause they give them a feeling of beeing in there own private cottage. You are also right , they are very... More

There idea of cleaning the room is to empty the garbage. We stayed 2 nights and they never made the beds or emptied the coffee maker. Then when we left a day early they would not give us a refund. Worst place I have ever stayed.

We are very sorry for your uncomfortable stay, There is no excuse for the areas you pointed out and have been strongly addressed to the employees working in these areas, however I would also like to inform you that the beds are not made only in the situation where the guest has left any personal belongings on it ., otherwise... Since we were coming for snowmobiling we wanted something to be rite near the trail and with a place where we could park our sleds, so coming here was not a bad choice at all,We could easily park our sleds in the heated garage ,which was a plus point, and had opted for a loft to stay in which was...
