Nothing open at all. No restaurant, hot tub ... dirty smelled really small rooms. Not close to any amenities except snowmobile trails. I'd never go there again. The owner lied saying everything was open when clearly it wasn't and once he had the credit card number that was it no refund. It's being run down and not maintained at all....

What you see in the pictures is about 15 years old. Bedbugs!? Service is a joke. Restaurant is never open, the owner will tell you it is, but always an excuse as to why it's not. Bathroom doesn't come with any supplies. NO COFFEE MAKER. Beds in one room were not changed. First day guy couldn't find room key had...

I stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights and it was great, I was able to get a suite for the price of a regular room which was awesome. Owner was also very accommodating with me since I needed a late check out. I had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. Don't think I could have found...

I searched for the cheapest room in the Cochrane area -- I didn't expect to find the best one! For $55 / night I had a big room with a couch, coffee table & fireplace, big bed, bathtub, balcony doors and all the rest! I was also right across the hall from a big hot steam sauna. On a winter...

Excellent roomy n affordable accomodations. Very quiet rooms that give you the feeling of being at home. I recommend to anyone coming north. It is close to all restaurants and stores. Cheers the rooms are roomy and warm with gas fireplaces that give you that cottage feeling as well.

The owners are absolutely sweet and very caring. Room was clean, and they came in each day and tidied the room. They are in the process renovating, so we cut them some slack. However the toilet in our room never worked right. They advertise smoking rooms, that's why we chose them....but when we got there the whole place was smoke...

This is the most economical place to stay in Cochrane - $94.93, inc. tax/ night. The accommodation is AOK, the owner very helpful and we would recommend this. We were unable to stay here on the return trip to Moosonee as they were fully booked.

I had to write this review because of the exceptional stay we just experienced. On a long cross country trip with 2 of our grandchildren, we decided to stop in Cochrane, Ontario after 8 hours on the road. We checked Trip Advisor and called the #1 recommended hotel, but it was sold out so we read the reviews about the...
