From the moment that Amanda met us at the door to the end of our 3-day stay, we were blessed with her gracious hospitality and kindness. My husband & I stayed at the Frederick Street Inn, a charming 125-year-old historical home that stands tall in the heart of downtown Kitchener. Our room was impeccably clean and quiet. The bed was...

I stayed at the Frederick St. Inn while I was 'between homes' for a week due to a construction delay. The nature of my situation prevented me from knowing where I would be from one day to the next. This required a lot of flexibility on behalf of the owners and they treated me like a member of the family....

I admit it. I am a fussy customer who notices tiny details. So ... take my advice, please. Don't book at Amanda's place! That would make it harder for me to get a room when I stay in K-W. Amanda succeeds simultaneously to make guests feel at home and to present a magnificently prepared luxury suite with details: a jacuzzi...

We stayed for one night on a visit to Waterloo in the room with a king bed and private bathroom. Awesome room, with very comfortable bed and expansive bath with gorgeous soaker tub. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with seconds available. Highly recommend this BnB

My husband and I were recently in Ketchener overnight and stayed at the Frederick Street Inn. We were very pleasantly surprised at this accomodation. The house is a great old home that has been restored beautifully and our room was lovely. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and the on suite bathroom was huge and decorated...

Barb & I travel globally staying at very fine properties. We think the Frederick Street Inn is one such property and truly a fantastic option to a hotel stay. Our Bastedo suite was super clean & comfortable. With breakfast and great conversation included, the value here will be very hard to meet in the mainstream hotels of this area. Thank you...

The B&B is located downtown Kitchener, a 15-minute ride to University of Wterloo. It is very clean and comfy, almost home like. The hostess prepares nice breakfast and the host offers nice service in the morning. I enjoy the petty talk over breakfast as well. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable, is that they made my room anyways even...

Hello and thanks for your comments. I am so happy that you enjoyed breakfast. Yes, it is the best time at a Bed and Breakfast as the conversations depends on who is in the house. So, sorry for going into your room when you wished us not to. Your comments are duly noted, and I will share the comments with...

I chose Frederick Street Inn for its close proximity to a Google education conference I attended in April, and I loved the historical aspect of the home. Since the conference stretched over two days from very early in the morning to late at night, the innkeeper was able to set everything up so that I could quietly slip in and...
