A nice little affordable motel on the edge of town. The rooms come equipped with a fridge, microwave and tv with a comfy bed. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and the staff are friendly. Free parking and wifi.

My boyfriend and myself have stayed there about three times now for a couple of nights in a row. The place is extremely clean, updated and the you can always count on having the owners attention to anything you need. I love that you can even see deer in the field beside and out back behind the motel. It is close too town for easy access to various stores. I must say we love to get take out from Boston Pizza when we are there, and wild wings beside the hotel is very good as well. Hard to find motels now a days that are as well kept and affordable as this one! Try Rogers Motel you will not be disappointed!

The room I stayed in was nicely renovated and the bed was very comfortable. Much nicer than many privately owned motels. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Pleasant country setting but still close to town. I will definitely stay there again!

We arrived late at night on a business trip and were only staying a few hours to get some sleep. When we woke up and got ready to leave we cleaned up the room and went to pass off the key. The owner immediately started claiming that we had been smoking weed in the room. Not only do we not smoke but he had been bbqing directly outside of the window and claimed he had a machine that he carried with him that told him that we had raised the smoke level in the room by 4% ... when we insisted that no we had not been smoking he called the police and sat there screaming at us. Even his wife couldn't smell the "smoke." He insisted on taking an additional 50 in cash even though he had a credit card on file. He went so far as to pull a tenant from another room to see if she smelled smoke, which she did not. When we mentioned we would be posting our experience with him online he called us back within 5 minutes to return the 50 dollars. Overall would not recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing night.

I came to Smiths Falls for a couple nights but didn't want to pay the usual 100 $ a night price it cost at most Motel/Hotels. Roger's Motel not only had a discounted rate for the off season but they also complimented me with an additional % off for the 2 night stay! The rooms were really nice and very clean, Great friendly & professional service & free Wi-Fi connection. I would highly recommend them, they not only made my stay extremely comfortable they also made it affordable :) Thanks Again !

Booked and paid through booking.com. On arrival, was shown a room: stinking of pesticide, dirty bed covers, almost no space around the beds. Disgusting. I would not take my wife here. I asked for refund: he laughed, and added that bedbugs were sprayed recently. Extraordinarily unpleasant and impolite owner. I left, losing the prepaid amount. Went to Best Inn a few blocks south. Like night and day. Pleasant people, clean and bright room at Best Inn. Well worth the loss of the prepaid amount to not stay at Roger's Motel.

What a dump. booked thru booking .com and the reservation never came thru, thank god; I rented a room, entered it, the carpet was stained, the room smelled very dated and in poor shape. this property should be rated a minus number. I asked for and got my money refunded.

Motel staff provided good service and were very courteous. Rooms were clean and spacious with very clean washroom (attached). Walmart and Pizza hut, Strip mall with all kind of stores etc... amenities were within walking distance. If you want comfortable stay with luxury of branded hotels, this is your place to stay.
