    I found the mattress to be firm and comfortable. I also have back problems and slept well.

    No, no pets. Haven't been there since November, most of the senior staff have changed :-(... but its still a great hotel!! (And its only a courtyard!... you'd never know it! Its nicer!)

    Its a small, personal size brewer - 4 cup maybe? - with supplied coffee packets. Go the the bistro in the Lobby and get a Starbucks!
