We booked online and when we arrived the clerk stated our reservation was for the following day. I showed them my confirmation - they insisted the error was mine. They offered a smoking room, which we declined and after advising that we wanted our room refunded, they eventually gave us a room that smelled 'stale' but not smokey. In addition,...

My adult son and I reserved a "queen room with two queen beds" for a quick overnight stop recently. When we arrived at 11 pm, all they had was a small, grungy room with one bed. They moved a cot in for my son, but the room had a definite stale smell to it and looked like it had seen...

Looking for an inexpensive overnighter for a quick trip to Vancouver - found this place. Checked the room and was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, we ended up going elsewhere. We're not picky and don't need fancy, but cleanliness is a MUST! They're doing renos.... Maybe try it in...

We stayed at the Alpine Inn in Abbotsford on a rainy June night, when we were looking for something decent but inexpensive. The Alpine Inn delivered. Reception was friendly and obliging. I received a requested extra towel immediately. For $80 plus tax, we had a spacious, comfy, clean room with 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor, with good light....

Stayed at this hotel as the usual chain I stay with had a very small parking lot and I was towing a trailer and needed a place with a large parking lot. This hotel fit the needs. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during checkin, and there was no one in the office when I left early. Had a...

Location was convenient for our trip to Vancouver with being about an hour out of the city centre. There was a hair in the tub which was a bit creepy and the towel rack had a crew loose. Maid service was poor but overall cleanliness was fine. The hallway carpets were threadbare. The coffee at the complementary breakfast was not...

I stayed at the Alpine Inn on BC Day Long Weekend with myself and my two children for a family wedding. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean, and quiet despite being right off of the highway. The front desk staff were friendly and always available to recommend places to eat and local attractions. Overall...
