My husband and I wanted to try something different and not stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver as we have in the past. Checking out the internet, I came across this one and booked the romantic two night getaway. Good location as it is very close to the Sea Bus station and inside a quirky little market. We were...

I came for the beer, mountains, and the spartan race. I also wanted to check out downtown without paying the price of a hotel down there. So I booked this hotel, which is attached to a market and the ferry which takes you downtown in 15. The market has tons of food options, a brewery, and little souvenir shops. If...

We stayed at the Quay from June 5-8. The weather was totally amazing. Our room was on the forth floor facing East. Not the best location. I would ask for the West side for sure closer to the water. We were 405 and it was just an ok view. The room did not have a balcony but they do have...

The best of this Hotel is its excellent location. The price was right, the rooms are big enough, the badroom is ok, the tv is old, the air conditioning was not very good, the wifi was terrible, but for the price and location I can come back.

My son and I spent one night here when sightseeing in the area. The location was great. We had a view of the harbour and downtown Vancouver. The Seabus and bus terminal were right there. We did not have a balcony but there was a door that opened and there were bars rather than a walk out balcony. It was...

I was upgraded to an executive room with a balcony and a view of the harbour. Very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. The access to the sea us to get over to Vancouver was ideal. The market was lovely and offered many food options at very reasonable prices. I will definitely stay here again!

Good value hotel for business travel in North Vancouver. Easy travel to downtown via Seabus and to airport on Skytrain. Good selection of restaurant in Lonsdale Market and nearby. Internet connection could be better, wireless signal was strong but connection seemed spotty at times.

Dear Guest, We are so pleased that you had a good stay, and enjoyed a good rate. We do have easy access, and that is a great part of our hotel to the city. We are looking into the internet (wireless) and hope that our supplier will help us improve speed/quality. We look forward to another opportunity to welcome you....

The hotel is in a good location and is well equipped. However, on arrival for a family stay, including elderly parents, one room's climate controls were not operational and the temperature was thirty degrees celcius - too hot for sleeping. There were no more rooms. It took four phone calls over the span of an hour to discover they were...
