Pool was closed for the season as well as Hot Tub, Hot Breakfast consisted of Instant Porridge, pre-cooked eggs that required Microwaving, mini waffle maker and cold cereal, by no means a "Buffet". Service was decent. Cost for Amenities being closed should have been at a discount rate. Promoted by Travelzoo and handed off to HOTELS.COM, Hot Tub and hot...

We stayed here 1 night at the start of our trip and 3 nights at the end. We picked this hotel due to location and we were not disappointed. I think that rooms are a bit outdated but this may be one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at, and cleanliness is far more important to me. The staff...

Stayed here with a group of 55 people and they were pretty organized. Did have an issue with one room, the window didn't open. I wouldn't recommend it for peace and solitude as there were a few large groups staying there and not very quiet when outside. The breakfast was well stocked for amount of people there and staff was...

Comfortable. Reasonable. Quiet once rush hour traffic is over. Breakfast was much better then we expected. Front desk service was excellent. They allowed us to check in early and made it possible for our friends to have the room next to us.

This property is somewhat old and very dated. However, it is comfortable, affordable, very conveniently located and the staff is outstanding...friendly and helpful. Because of my diamond status I was upgraded to a full suite with an efficiency kitchen. This was very much appreciated as my stay was 6 days. Parking is free, the breakfast is adequate and the bed/bedding...

In an age of glitz and ensuring guests have every amenity available, Comfort provided what most people really look for-a comfortable room, a comfortable bed, good water pressure on a show and tub, excellent wifi connections, window that open to fresh air, free parking and the added bonus of a more than adequate complimentary breakfast fare. I had a room...

Stayed here for a night with my wife. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The location and the view around is very nice, too. Driving into the hills is just a few minutes job. The breakfast was awesome! Overall, you wouldn't regret if you stay here.

Great location and the breakfast was decent, but the lack of customer service is disappointing. We had a number of issues with the room (phone never worked, dirty dishes, etc.), but while the friendly hotel staff apologized, management's follow up was an utter failure. We plan to visit the area again, however, we will not be booking this hotel.

The Hotel is located in North Vancouver, and it's a cheaper (maybe not more valuable) alternative to downtown Hotels. You can walk within 1 hr to downtown, crossing the scenig Lion's Gate Bridge and Stanley Park highly recommended on nice days!). Positive: - I had a room in the backyard, so it was quiet and less "busy". I recommend everyone...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights this past weekend, and it met our needs perfectly. It was clean and safe. We had a room with two queen beds on the upper floor. The rooms have doors to the outside. Reminds me of the motel type hotels we stayed at when I was a kid. It was quiet and...
