Selected this hotel over others due to location being very close to my company offices. Rooms were dated but clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel continental breakfast could be better, but covers the basics. Location and price can't be beat.

I thought this hotel was great because of it's excellent customer service. The concierges Gus, Cam, Wally and Nathan were helpful every step of the way to make it comfortable as well as knowledgeable about Vancouver.

After being stranded in Vancouver overnight from the BC Ferry Cancellation due to windstorm, we ended up staying at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was a bit noisy outside at one point but it was nothing to do with the hotel.

This was idea for use. Close to our business connection and the Airport. The rooms were quite and comfortable, and the staff very hospitable. The only draw back is parking- if you are driving a large SUV you have to park way in back along the wall.

I was first introduced to this gem several years ago and actually look forward to staying at this location not just for the excellent stay, but for the meal(s) at the attached restaurant (pub), Foggnsuds! Check in is prompt, friendly and quick, staff is always polite. If you are fortunate to get a room with the view of the mountains,...

Arrived at 11:30pm, friendly greeting, room was large, heaps of hot water. They don't have food after 10pm , McDonald's was next door if your desperate or you can order in. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. They had a Airport shuttle service leaving every 15 minutes that was free. Would stay again.

I have stayed here twice now on unexpected layovers, and unexpected bookings! On both occasions I used an online booking site that doesn't reveal the property until after the booking is complete, so it is a bit of a surprise! In this case its a nice surprise. This property provided free shuttle service every half hour. Rooms are nice and...

The hotel is well place with easy road access to the hotel. There is a choice of two places to eat. There is a McDonald's across the parking lot. The Dog and Sugs is part of the hotel. Easy access to the airport with hotel shuttle.

Older hotel but close to the airport. Shuttle service is convenient. There is no pool but the fitness equipment is in good shape. Staff is friendly and service is great. It's my go to when I have a early morning flight to catch. The only negative is lack of plug-ins for devices such as cell phones and tablets. The receptacle...
