You wouldn't stay here if it wasn't for the airport but comfortable enough for one night. An incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a good sized room, even if decor is a bit dated. It's in hotel land although there is a shortage of restaurants or anything else in the area although 10 mins walk to Moxies. Airport shuttle or...

Brent J - We sincerely appreciate your business and this review. We are about to embark on a very exciting complete renovation of our hotel. The exterior update, and colour change, has just been completed . . . now we move inside. There are several dining options, which I apologize were not explained to you properly, within a short walking...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express just prior to boarding our cruise ship for Alaska. Due to delays at the airport and missing our connecting flight, we were very late arriving and missed the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel personnel couldn't have been more helpful. They told us to grab a cab and reimbursed the...

.. Is no surprise. Not quite true in this case. What we found surprising is the trouble we had finding this hotel. Phones instructions from the front desk did not help. We finally found it with the help of friends and settled in. The property is a standard Holiday Inn: good but in no way outstanding. Provided you have a...

Operalover939 - The team and I appreciate your recent stay with our hotel. Driving from the Vancouver International Airport, especially your first time, can be very intimidating and somewhat confusing. We do provide 24 hour airport transportation, are extremely close to the Bridgeport Skytrain and are located on the only artery to the airport. Guests arriving to our hotel, either...

Although we were there for only one day/night, they were able to hold our luggage while our rooms were being prepared. I had also requested a few days earlier that one of the rooms was to have 2 beds. When I arrived, they were unable to accommodate (as the hotel was full). After about 1/2 hour, one of the staff...

Airport hotels are generally over priced but HI express is reasonable and offers a high level of comfort and cleanliness. The pillows even have ratings ie soft or firm and the pillow top mattress is very inviting. Breakfast is included - my only criticism is the use of disposable plates and cups - ( not environmentally friendly! ). We spent...

Stacey L - I am pleased to read you enjoyed our gym and noticed the little things our hotel practices on a daily basis to separate ourselves from other hotels. We actually utilize glass plates and stainless steel for our guests to reduce our waste. Actually, our hotels are almost completely paperless. During high volume, we provide our Breakfast Bar...

We had a delayed flight and were told that the hotel would take care of the taxi ride, as it was too late for a shuttle person to pick us up at the airport. That is a great service, as it isn't a cheap ride from so close a location as we found out. They were quick to bring us...
