I rarely say something so blunt, but this really was a terrible hotel. First, it hasn't been updated since it was built in the late 1960s. The rooms are really tired and the bathrooms are falling apart. The walls are super thin and I had to endure listening to the couple next door have sex for about an hour at...

Previous reviews allude to poor management and quality. This is not the case under the new management. The manager is friendly and caters to all needs. Quality location sure to impress future clients.

Stayed for one night three weeks ago. Swimming pool full of algae. No bar available - "the ceiling collapsed". Bedding in my room was damp as if unused for a long time. Better not to comment on the food, as I found it almost inedible.

My husband and I were checking out the Camino del Norte along the coast by car this spring, and decided to stop driving when an evening rainshower started up. We suddenly saw this huge roadside hotel, like something you'd see in Palm Springs, which sported a sign advertising new management. We drove around it twice before finding the front door...
