We are now on our fourth stay at XAlp, a hotel discovered by chance three years ago and never left again! We love Val di Fassa and always happily return knowing that we have this hotel as a point of reference. We tried all the "standard" rooms and they are all excellent: refined furnishings ("mountain" but modern), comfortable beds, in the larger rooms there is also a sort of very convenient walk-in closet for storing all your clothes and suitcases. The rooms as well as the entire hotel are always spotless, each with a beautiful terrace (more or less large) with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. Some reviews that talk about a miserable breakfast make me smile: it is a breakfast with a high standard, sweet and savory at will, the possibility of having fresh juices, fresh butter, fresh yogurt, nothing packaged. As was the dinner, very high level, possibility to choose between 4 menus of four courses each and all dishes presented impeccably. The staff is made up of super kind and knowledgeable people: Pietro, the manager, the guys at the reception, the guys at the restaurant (Roberto and Arianna and before that also Jiovanna and Luca) and the legendary Tony! The strong point of the structure in my opinion is the perfect position, in the middle of the valley and the cycle path that connects Moena and Canazei, you can easily reach all the most beautiful areas of the Dolomites. Next to the hotel there is the very comfortable chairlift that takes you to Pian Pecei and Ciampedie, the starting point for the most beautiful excursions (Gardecciq, Vajolet etc). Also perfect for those who have small children. Thanks X Alp, see you next time! Valentina, Giovanni and Filippo

An experience out of the ordinary. I was shocked by the quantity and above all the quality of the services included in the offer. I stayed in a superior room on half board (highly recommended) furnished in a minimal chic style with a view of the Dolomites. In the afternoon, after the mountain activities that I achieved, I was able to relax with my girlfriend, first in a splendid hydromassage tub heated to a temperature of 39 degrees and with a view of the Dolomites, then in a comfortable relaxation area with sauna, Turkish bath and wide choice of relaxing herbal teas. But the highlight comes with the restaurant which offers a half board breakfast with an infinite choice of local products including cakes, pancakes, croissants, pastries, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, dried fruit, eggs, crispy bacon, cured meats, cheeses and different types of bread; and then a dinner (included in the offer, wine excluded) which thrilled us, where we were able to choose between the restaurant menu, which offers local products from the land and sea, or the experience of the day, which is a selection of starter, first course, second course and dessert made by their chef who made our eyes roll over. Special praise goes to the dining room staff who welcomed us in a warm and friendly way straight away and allowed us to experience a holiday of maximum comfort and relaxation. Thank you X Alp Hotel for the wonderful experience, we will definitely be back. Greetings from the guys at 207.

It is a small hotel, but very welcoming, those who work there are very friendly, and the rooms although simple are very clean and well equipped, there is a pool in the garden and a jacuzzi on the first floor where you can relax while watching the stunning views of the mountains !! It is a few steps from a chair (lift) so I guess in winter you can access from there the mountain to ski. There are many trail routes or cycling nearby and a very nice river.

My experience at the Hotel X Alp was extremely disappointing and does not correspond at all to the expectations created by the website of the property. The value for money is poor.
The “spa” is non-existent
The hotel website suggests the presence of a spa, but the reality is quite different:
• There is no swimming pool, but only a small hot tub on the terrace, fully exposed to the bedrooms, without any privacy.
• To reach this bathtub, you have to walk through the corridors of the rooms in bathrobes, go out onto a terrace that is right in front of the rooms, where anyone can see who is using the bathtub. An embarrassing experience devoid of any concept of well-being or relaxation.
• The spa itself does not exist: there is only one room with sun loungers and a small sauna, which is available only by reservation due to its small size (no more than one room at a time), free at uncomfortable times for those who spend the day on the ski slopes.
• The hot tub is also for exclusive use and by reservation, which means it is never freely accessible, creating inconvenience and waiting.
Poor services and unprepared staff
• The bartender is not professional and the service in general is far below expectations (they bring you a prosecco in a disgorged glass with nothing for aperitif, chips or anything else)
• The hotel does not offer anything that can be considered a wellness or relaxation experience. Even the bedroom bathroom has a small shower, poor courtesy products (no shampoo and with just one product you have to wash everything) totally devoid of countertops. I had to put the case with toothpaste inside the wardrobe in the room
The breakfast is good and the staff friendly, although there are no typical products in the buffet. Many dishes are for an extra fee (eg a toast, salad or egg, if you want them you have to pay extra)
Beware of the non-refundable rate: if you make mistakes you keep the money.
I made a mistake while booking. After only 3 minutes of payment, I contacted the property to report the error and ask for a change. I was told that the only option was to lose a percentage of the amount paid by trying to review the room using their platform, Although I managed to move the dates, I find this attitude rigid and unsympathetic. They replied with a phrase probably elaborated with gtp chat where they explained their policy: they kept the money not taking into account the mistake.
Conclusion
This property deserves no more than three stars. The spa is non-existent, the services are poorly organized and the booking management is too rigid. If you are looking for a hotel with a real wellness area, or that has an identity and takes care of the guest, avoid this property.

We returned for the second consecutive year to this beautiful hotel. Located in a great location, with the chairlift next to the parking lot, which allows you to reach almost any refuge even without using the car. The hotel has a splendid spa (sauna, Turkish bath and bio lake) with the possibility to reserve it exclusively for a few hours. Excellent restaurant for breakfast (rich and with plenty of choice, both sweet and savory) and dinner (4 u bistro) with typical Tyrolean dishes and also some great classics of Italian cuisine. The spearhead is undoubtedly the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, also available to organize different activities to make your stay even more interesting. We will undoubtedly choose it for our future stays in Trentino.

In the room presence of agnatela on the beam on the ceiling above the bed, towel warmer totally covered with dust and toothbrush holder dirty with toothpaste of previous guests. Marked at reception, items cleaned the same day. In the evening we also noticed hair in the shower and plastic clothes label on the floor in the bathroom, which remained there until our checkout (we did not report them). They were not eliminated even when the room was redone. I therefore believe that no vacuum cleaner/rag has ever been passed. Before leaving public review, for fairness we wrote tested review via wa to the hotel, without having Response. Dissatisfied with the cleanliness and attitude of the hotel. Satisfied instead for the great location in which the hotel is located.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel surrounded by breathtaking views, which offers access to unmissable trails and ski slopes. We tasted delicious dishes at the 4u bistro and were pampered in the cozy rooms. We relaxed in the spa and outdoor Jacuzzi. Also convenient shuttle service to get around. Recommended for a romantic getaway! ✨

I chose this hotel simply relying on what I read on their site and some reviews. Hotel located in the street parallel to the main and therefore not noisy, parking always available, the dehoor very characteristic and very elegant. The room, we stayed in a superior, large comfortable nice functional and always excellently clean. Breakfast with wide choice, all really good, and the staff always very helpful. From the Hotel you can easily walk to several points of Attraction if you do not want to use the car. Definitely next year we will be back. Really nice discovery!!!

At the X Alp hotel we spent three delightful days, to say the least. Unfortunately there was little time to enjoy it (for now), but we will definitely have the opportunity to return. We stayed in Suites, and I can guarantee you that they are exactly as you might expect, and in fact they are certainly even better; brand new, tastefully furnished mixing mountain style and modernity, absolutely clean and comfortable: three enormous balconies that guarantee a view on two sides, double habitable room (therefore bedroom and sitting room with sofa, armchairs and a tall television), very spacious bathroom with double sink, and obviously daily availability of every type of herbal tea directly in the room. The hotel also has a jacuzzi and SPA area (with sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area with herbal teas and water with mountain herbs) for lovers of relaxation, not to mention that for those who want there is the possibility of having one discount for access to the QC Terme di Pozza. Breakfast and dinner absolutely confirmed our expectations: super rich and abundant breakfast buffet, while dinner is characterized by products of undoubted quality and truly delicious flavours; let yourself be advised by the dining room staff, who have really smart guys, professional but at the same time capable of pampering the guest and making him feel at home. In short, thanks to X Alp for making us feel at home on our anniversary. Absolutely recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying for two nights at the X Alp Hotel in an X2 room, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Since our arrival we have been welcomed with extreme professionalism and kindness. The staff provided us with very useful advice on activities to do in the surroundings, showing great availability and attention to detail.
The room was impeccable: clean, warm and cozy. A detail that I really appreciated was the presence of the kettle in the room, and a packet of herbal teas, a small comfort that makes a real difference.
We also loved the relaxation rooms, perfect for a moment of tranquility. They are well-kept, the ideal place to relax completely.
The food was one of the most welcome surprises. Every dish was cared for in every detail, with authentic flavors and excellent quality. The breakfast, then, was extraordinary: varied, plentiful and perfect to start the day with energy.
A special mention goes to Ludovica, Ludovica, Enrico and of course also to the rest of the staff of the room. These guys, young but extremely professional, were an impeccable example of kindness, attention to detail and constant smile. In an era when these qualities are increasingly rare, they really impressed us positively, a good luck to us!
Thank you so much to all of you for making our weekend so special. We will definitely come back soon!
