They had no electricity at night when we went there for dinner at 5pm and we couldn't stay any longer by 6:30pm and HAD to leave. I stayed at a nearby hotel and wanted to explore the area so we decided to try their food one night. Walking on the grounds of the property it looked nice and even had...

My partner and I just left Koh Rong early after staying at Paradise Bungalows. The service was lacking, we waited quite a long time to be served on check in, even after consulting two wait staff. The beach outside the hotel (contrary to what some photos may suggest) is quite messy- a lot of rubbish and waste. The Bungalows are...

We stayed in one of the bungalows up the hill closer to the forest. As expected there was a lot of mosquito, however management did well in fumigating the room every evening which helped a lot! However, the mosquito nets were old and had holes in them, so in the end we all still got bitten! Unfortunately there was a...

Had a great bungalow on the 2nd lvl (not right on the ocean) and enjoyed a clean and welcoming environment. The shower and sink area are enclosed but basically outside, my travel partner saw a small scorpion and was totally freaked. Honestly I think that kind of thing is a 1 off and could have happened anywhere on the island...

Read some worrying reviews about this beach on Koh Rong but if you do want to stay near party bars AND have a chill out sanctuary then this place is awesome. Easily best place on this stretch of beach. Restaurant is a short walk back from beach and in a raised wooden sanctuary - the food is AMAZING!!! I would...

Paradise Bungalows was legitimately our little piece of paradise while we stayed on Koh Rong Island. We arrived in the morning on the first ferry boat knowing that it was Tet (New Year) without a hotel reservation and wanting to make sure we got a head start on other tourists in the same situation. We were a little worried when...

We spend one night in paradise bungalow. It is not very quiet atmosphere at night. They are nice bungalows with hammocks in balconies. Bathroom is open to sky. We encountered water shortage in bathroom. But it was fixed once we informed to reception and staffs are helpful. Since the bangalows are made with wood, absorbs thermal in day time and...

This place was great from start to finish - right on the beach, easy to find, it's in a slightly quieter part of the beach but still quick and easy to walk to the bars and restaurants nearby. The beach bar makes amazing cocktails and plays good chill out music. Restaurant has wonderful views - we were impressed with the...

Never ever go to this resort! !!! We booked for a beach bungalow for 6! !nights, on arrival they said, there is no availability for 6 nights for a beach bungalow for 6 nights, you only booked a room with sea view. If you want a beach bungalow we can change, but you have to pay DOUBLE price! But we...

We stayed a week at paradise. The bungalows are clean and basic (which was a shock at the start but we got used to it) and we had two very large but harmless resident geckos. We ate many meals at the restaurant which is very laid back large bungalow with a wide selection of Khmer and western food. This place...
